•(Sands) Fink, Laurie A., March 12, 2009, at age 47. Surviving are her parents, Richard and Joyce (Sloper) Sands, of Bergen; two sons, Dennis Janas and Jeremy Fink, both of Bergen; a step-son, Christopher Fink of Rome, New York; three brothers, Timothy Sands, Todd Sands and Byron (Chris) Ariyarnatenam, all of Bergen; two sisters, Carol (David) Coffta and Wendy (Greg) Didas, both of Bergen; eight nieces and nephews, a great-aunt, many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services were held March 17 at Bergen United Methodist Church, Bergen. Burial in Mt. Rest Cemetery, Bergen. Contributions can be made to the family, c/o Richard Sands, 7450 Warboys Road, Bergen 14416 in her memory.


BROCKPORT

•Schafer, Michael C. "Schafe", Suddenly March 14, 2009. Predeceased by his father Donald. He is survived by his loving wife Tracey; children David and Jennifer; mother Helen; brother Mark; sister Connie (David) Laliberte; in-laws Robert D. (Carol) Sodoma, Robert A. (Kimberley) Sodoma, Michael (Suzanne) Sodoma; sev-eral nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service was held March 20 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.


CLARENDON

•Westfall, Harold E., of Hernando, Mississippi (for-merly of Clarendon) died March 13, 2009 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by his wife Luella (Rowley) Westfall, and is survived by his loving wife Elinor (Bell) Westfall; eight daughters - Becky Birch, Sandra (Lee) Bartlett, Shirley (J.J. - deceased) Bedrin, Constance (David - deceased) Whittier, Pauline Zimmerman, Cindy (John) Pera, Terry (William) Almekinder, Linda (Bruce) Rosenbaum; three sons - Richard Willimans, Steven (Jo Ann) Bell, Kenneth (Debbie) Bell; twenty-three grand-children and twenty-five great-grandchildren. He re-tired from Kodak, was a member of the Masons and a charter member of the Clarendon Fire Department.

A Memorial Service will be held on March 25, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Morton Baptist Church, 1152 Countyline Road, Morton. The family will also be receiving friends at the Holley VFW, 8 Veterans Drive, Holley, following the interment services at Sandy Creek Cemetery.


CLIFTON

•Krenzer, Robert G., March 17, 2009 at age 60. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; his daughter, Bonnie (John) Keenan; grandchildren, Marie and Greg Halpin; mother, Bernice Krenzer; four brothers and three sisters; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, George Krenzer.

Funeral Services were held March 20 at The Father's House, Paul Road, Rochester. Private interment.


HILTON

•Bailey, Marcia Gaugel (Whitmarsh), March 11, 2009. Predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Sally Gaugel. Survived by her devoted husband, James W. Bailey; loving children, Michael (Cheryl) Whitmarsh, Bruce (Michelle) Whitmarsh, Dyann (Bryan) Blum; step-children, Kristie (Joe) Indilisano, Marcie (Doug) Kemper, Laurie Bailey; adoring grandchildren, An-thony, Ryan, Nicole, Katie, Kevin, Kyle, Erin, Gabriel; beloved dog Rambo.

A Memorial Service was held March 15 at Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home Inc., Greece. Private interment. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer So-ciety, 1400 Winton Road, Rochester 14609-5831 in her memory.


•Sackel, Mary, age 85, March 16, 2009. Predeceased by her husband Christopher. Survived by her children Pat Sackel, Jim Sackel, Sharon (Steven) LaDue, Grant (Barbara) Sackel; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Robert Ladwig; sister, Josephine Long; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held March 19 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home Inc., Hilton. Burial in Parma Union Cemetery.


HOLLEY

•Scharping Devine, Joyce M., of Allegany: age 63, formerly of Holley, died March 12, 2009. Survived by two sons Todd R. (Jeanette) Scharping and Vernon (Jill) Scharping, both of Holley; two grandchildren Jamie V. Scharping and Rebecca Scharping; several step grand-children; one sister Connie (Chris) Wolfer of Delevan; two brothers Charles (Linda) Franklin of Belfast and Dennis (Shona) Schwartz of Springwater; several nieces and nephews and her fiancé George Gilmer and his daughter Melissa Kramer.

Funeral Services were held March 18 at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home, Olean. Burial in Port-ville, New York. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Bloss, Pamela J. (Riley), March 16, 2009 at age 54, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is prede-ceased by her mother Marge Riley. She is survived by her husband of 32 years Fred L. Bloss; her father Jim Riley; children, Christina (Scott) Wagar, Cassandra (James) LoBrutto, Fred (Marci) Bloss and Lewis Hall; grandchildren, Kristan, Sammantha, Cassandra, Nicho-las, A.J., Alexis, Gracie and Gavin; brother, Dennis Riley; sister, Sandy (Dave) Mousso; brothers-in-law, Cliff (Ruth) and Laverne (Denise) Bloss; sister-in-law Wilma Bloss; her very special and close friends, Joann Dirkx and Robin Walton and loved by many more dear friends; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Mass was said March 21 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626 in her memory.
