AREA

•Glidden, Marilyn A. (Fellows), in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 20, 2008. Predeceased in November by husband Ralph B. Glidden, and by brother Dick Fellows. Survived by her children, Bonnie Keilman, Ralph E. (Sharon) Glidden, and Dan (Laura) Glidden; siblings Roxanne, Bobby, Sheri, Marvin, and Ronnie; many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Also survived by dear friend of nearly 60 years, Helen Gartz. Marilyn was involved in the Loyal Order of the Moose in Las Vegas and Eastern Star.

A Private ceremony was held in Red Rock National Park in Las Vegas, where she will be with her husband.


BERGEN

•Meyers, Franklin S. "Flash," May 5, 2008, at age 87. He was predeceased by his wife Bessie (Allen) Meyers; his parents, sisters, Marion, Florence and Rose Mary; his brothers, Andrew and Joseph. He is survived by his brother Ernest; nieces, nephews and many friends. Frank was an Air Force Veteran of WWII, a member of VFW Post 412 and retired from Eastman Kodak Co. in 1983.

A Funeral Mass was said May 10 at St. Brigid's Church, Bergen. Interment, Creekside Cemetery, Churchville. Contributions can be made to St. Brigid's Church in his memory.


•Watson, Eva Jean, May 5, 2008, age 60. Member Bergen Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Wife of Frank J. Watson; mother of Sherry Watson and Eric (Becky) Watson; grandmother of Melissa Watson all of Bergen; sister of Everett (Debbie) Bridgeman of LeRoy and Betty (George Hinze) Bridgeman of South Byron.

Services were held May 7 at the Bergen Fire Department Recreation Center. Interment, Riga Cemetery. Donations can be made to the family in her memory.


BROCKPORT

•Clark, Charles F. "Bud," On May 2, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Janet; his children Thomas (Helen), Charles Jr. (Tony), Shari (Brenda), Joyce (Ben); five grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister Ann (Lewis) Hazel; brother Keith (Gladys); several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Kenny. Charles was a Korean War Veteran and a member of the Brockport American Legion and V.F.W. and the Masonic Lodge.

Funeral Services were held May 5 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment, High Street Cemetery, Brockport. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer or Heart Associations or to Lifetime Care Hospice in his memory.


•Majcher, Walter "Wladyslaw," on May 6, 2008 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his parents and siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 1/2 years Marlene M.; children John (Terri) Majcher, Marlene (John) Lemke; grandchildren Christopher, Aaron and Monica Majcher, Adam, Jason and Eric Lemke; brother Stanislaw (Olga); sister Apolonia (Pedro) da Silva, both of Brazil; several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said May 12 at Nativity Church, Brockport. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Contribu-tions can be made to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.


•Taber, Bon Kyong "Sam," on May 4, 2008. Survived by her loving husband, David; daughters Amy and Lisa; brothers and sisters in South Korea; brother-in-law, Henry (Diane) Taber; sister-in-law, Nancy Taber; and many nieces, nephews and close friends.

•Meacham, Diane (Balonek), May 6, 2008, suddenly. Survived by her husband, Paul; step-children, Lance (Stacey) Meacham, Joanna Meacham; sister, Sandra (Robert) Steinle; brothers, David (Fern), Barry (Deborah Sue), Mark (Audrey) Balonek; many beloved nieces and nephews. Diane was a past member of St. Vincent DePaul choir.

•Webster, Eloise E., age 62, April 30, 2008. Survived by husband of 33 years, Ralph; children: Dale (Jackie) Larnder, David (Linda) Larnder, Pam (Todd) Clark, Vicki LaPlante, Richard (Tiffiny) Webster; brother, Clifford; sisters: Darlene, Lorena; her parents, Rev. Clifford and Eleanor Cedar; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as her mother-in-law and best friend, Audrey Cole.

•Perkins, Beatrice G. (Morey) (Hoffman), Born on March 17, 1912. Died on February 20, 2008 in Florida. Predeceased by her parents, William and Genevieve Morey; husbands, Charles Prescott Hoffman and Charles H. Perkins; brother, George W. Morey Sr. Survived by her sister, Florence M. Morey; sister-in-law, Rowena Morey Hamilton; nieces and nephews, Marie (George) Follett, George Jr. (Linda) Morey, Dianne (Alex) Szczupakowski, Jerold Morey, Douglas (Barbara) Morey.

Interment will be held Saturday, May 17 at noon at Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin.

•Cederstrom, Eric A., M.D., On May 3, 2008, age 52. He has promised to see again his wife of almost 25 years, Linda "Lin" (Hahn) Cederstrom; his precious son, Nathan J. Cederstrom; his "baby girl" Lauren E. Cederstrom and his most faithful friend and canine companion, Bijou. Eric is saving a place at the Lord's Table for his parents, Lawrence R. and Ruth N. (Hathaway) Cederstrom; his parents-in-law, Gerard L. and Frances A. (Scumaci) Hahn; his sister, Dr. Janice Cederstrom, and brother-in-law, Rev. Ralph Ciampa; his wife's family, Suzanne (Hahn) and David G. Miller, Lori (Hahn) and Scott Walton and Michael G. Hahn. He is watching over his precious nieces and nephews, Andrew C. Ciampa, David J. Miller, Daniel S. Walton, Michael C. Walton and Joanna C. Miller; his colleagues, friends, brothers and sisters in Christ. Eric was an ordinary man with an extraordinary spirit. In the true sense of the measure of a man: his faith, his family, his ministry (medicine), his friends, and anyone in need were his treasures. He loved every moment of life. He loved to work, to laugh, to love, to exercise, to be outside, to garden and to share what he knew was the absolute truth - his faith.

A Memorial Service was held at Hope Lutheran Church, Greece on May 10. •Eckerson, Robert C., May 6, 2008, age 74. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his daughters, Amy (Jim) Brough, Shelly (Jason) LaDue; grandsons Kyle and Seth; his brother Lee (Ceal) Eckerson; "his sister," Betty (John) Kirkland; many nieces and nephews.

•Metherell, Lois A., age 89. April 17, 2008. She was predeceased by husband, Charles R. Metherell. Survived by children, Roger C. Metherell, Linda A. (Richard) Knab, Thomas A. (Cindy) Metherell, Mary K. (Gary) Pleasants, Daniel D. (Donna) Metherell; grandchildren, Michael, Laura, James, Stacy, Ryan, Chelsea, Lauren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Norbert (Mary) Dennstedt; several nieces, nephews and extended family.

•Stassen, Hubert M., May 1, 2008, age 85. He is survived by his sons, John (Donna) and David Stassen; daughter-in-law, Norma Stassen; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, Gloria; and his sons, Mark and Paul Stassen.

•Trembeth, Robert G., May 4, 2008, age 84. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice "Bea" (Burns) Trembeth; his daughters, Linda Frankenberger, Shari (Peter) Munding, Susan (Dale) Lerkins; eight grandchildren, Kamie and Tyler Frankenberger, Ryan, Julie and Michael Munding, Kimberly (Michael) Chiapperini, Trevor and Jill Lerkins; great-granddaughter, Kacie; sister-in-law, Jane Curtis; two nieces and one nephew. Bob was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII.

•Nenni, Levia I. (Petroline), Age 95, died May 5, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband Roland D. Nenni in 2006. She is survived by her son Roland (Gale) Nenni of Holley; two grandsons David (Laurie) Nenni and Roland (Tammy) Nenni III both of Holley; great-grandchildren, Jenna, Michael, Nicholas, Jessica, Ashley, Kristen all of Holley; sister Josephine DeFabbio of Lockport; sister-in-law Angeline Nenni of Albion; brother-in-law James (Bette) Nenni of Candandaigua; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said May 9 at St. Mary's Church, Holley. Private interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Holley Fire Department or to St. Mary's Church in her memory.

•Nugent, Ann S., Died May 3, 2008, at age 78. Predeceased by her husband, Robert V. Nugent. •Ziarko, John P., May 5, 2008, at age 89. He was predeceased by his wife Ann, his sister, Wanda Krater, sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Bart Nicastro, brothers, Rudy and Edwin Ziarko, Leonard Piasecki, brother-in-law, David Patchin; sister-in-law, Lillian Gravenor. He is survived by his daughter, Joanne (Stuart) Woodard of Spencerport; grandsons, Jonathan (Kym) Woodard of Spencerport, Scott (Tamara) Woodard of California; great-grandchildren, Christian and Hannah Woodard; his sister, Dolores Patchin; sister-in-law, Irene Ziarko; brother-in-law, Charles (Betty) Gravenor; nieces, Karen Krater, Janice Ahlsen, Gail McNulty, Kathleen Nicastro, Linda (James) Schmeer, Barbara (James) Lampert and Carolyn Johncox; nephew, Michael Gravenor.
