•Eckenrode, Jean A. (Ingold), of Delevan, New York, formerly of Palmyra, died September 17, 2008 at age 66. Survived by her husband, Ronald; her children, Robert (Lynda) Ingold of Walworth, Virginia (C. Lee) Riggall of Walworth, Constance (Bert) Ferris of Elbridge, Stephanie (David) Burke of Bergen and Diana (Matthew) Carvana of Amherst; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers; one sister; brother-in-law and sister-in-law; aunt, nieces and nephews; special friends in Macedon and North Carolina.

Funeral Services were held September 20 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., Livonia. Burial, Arnold Cemetery, Conesus. Contributions can be made to the Delevan-Yorkshire Library, P.O. Box 185, Delevan, NY 14042 in her memory.


BROCKPORT

•Breiner, Norma (Meyer), September 19, 2008, at age 85. She was predeceased by her husband John F. Breiner and her son Randall Breiner. She is survived by her children, Kenneth (Martha) Breiner, Jill DeCook, Kevin (Kathleen) Breiner, Bruce (Kathy) Breiner and Carla (Claude) Carson; sister-in-law, Dorothy Wittman; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and faithful pet Paco.

A Memorial Mass was said September 23 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Interment, private. Contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 in her memory.


•Kent, James V., Suddenly, September 19, 2008, surrounded by his beloved family, at age 69. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Frances (Schwan); daughters and sons-in-law, Julie (Gary) DiMora, Amy (Kevin) Horn, Sara (Quang) Kent; brother, Eddy (Joyce) Kent; sister, Alberta Root (Lance); sisters-in-law, Donna (John), Kathy (Richard); grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Christopher and Brandon; many nieces and nephews; many close extended family.

A Funeral Service was held September 22 at the Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, Greece. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.


•Kutz, Joel, of Sarasota, Florida died September 19, 2008 at age 86. Former Doctor of Veterinary Medicine for many years and founder of Brockport Animal Hospital. Veteran of WWII, avid woodworker and sailor. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Gladys; sister, Ina Ruth Beck; sons, Archie (Pat) and David (Ruth); daughter, Judy (Peter); grandchildren, Josh, Celia, Adam, Gideon and Maya; great-granddaughter, Rosemary. He will be missed by many.
A Family Service will be scheduled at a later date. Donations can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.

•L'Hommedieu, Raymond E. Jr., "Poppy," died September 23, 2008. Predeceased by his four sisters and three brothers. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Beverly; children, George, Norman and Colleen, Aimee Rae; grandchildren, Jesse, Devin, Cory, Brian, Noel, Emily, Amelia Fleming, Joshua Ray; sister, Ruth Bird; brothers, Ranald of Florida and Donald (Karin) of Germany; three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held September 27 at Chili Presbyterian Church. Interment, Chili Presbyterian Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Chili Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 3000 Chili Avenue, Rochester 14624 in his memory.

•Keir, Constance A., "Connie," September 18, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Ken in 2003. Survived by her children, Marsha (Greg) Martin and Scott (Monica) Keir; grandchildren, Brent Miller, Chris (Liz) Miller, Bryan Keir Miller, Wendy (Matt Banker) Zingaro & Cory Zingaro; great-grandson Grady Miller.

•Payment, Lloyd, died September 18, 2008 after a graceful battle with cancer. He is survived by his cherished wife and partner of 47 years, Claudette; children, Christian (Moreen), Matthew (Sara) and Craig (Christy); grandchildren, Amanda, Christian, Emma, Sean and Alex; brother, Conway (Glenna); sisters, Gloria Clark, Carol Cannon and Valerie (Dale) Stanley; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lynn Costanza, Denise (Tom) Klem, Michael (Linda) Ladouceur, Eugene (Denise) Ladouceur, Edwin (Jean) Ladouceur, and Beth Mahoney; nephews, Rick (Andrea) and Todd Costanza; dear friends Joseph and Amy Lombard; many other loved nieces, nephews and friends. Lloyd was born and raised in Cornwall, Ontario. He moved to Rochester in 1963 and was a 35-year employee of Gannett until his retirement in 1998. Member of St. Lawrence Parish and avid golfer.

MURRAY

•Mansfield, Myron P., age 84, of Murray, died September 19, 2008 at Lakeside Health System, Brockport. Mr. Mansfield retired from Kodak after 38 years of service and owned and operated a cherry farm. He is survived by his devoted wife of 57 years, Harriet Nowicki Mansfield; a daughter, Alice (Robert) Smith and a granddaughter, Victoria of New Jersey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by sisters: Alberta Bowen, Cora Farrell and Ada Robb.

A Memorial Mass was celebrated September 25 at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Holley. Interment, Transit Cemetery, Albion. Contributions can be made to St. Mary's R.C. Church or to Lakeside Hospital in her memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Marascio, Antonio, Suddenly on September 19, 2008, at age 81. Predeceased by his wife, Caterina Marascio and daughter Rosa Destito. He is survived by his loving children, Vincenzo, (Giovanna) Marascio of Italy, Maria (Salvatore) Miceli, Salvatore Marascio, Domenico (Daniela) Marascio; grandchildren, Donny (Cinzia), Antonio (Francesca), Anna Maria (Darryl), Joe (Bridget), Caterina, Anthony, Caterina, Angela, Salvatore, Marco, Vincenzo and Bianca; great-grandson, Nicholas; several nieces and nephews in Italy. Antonio retired from LiDestri Foods.

His funeral Mass was celebrated September 24 at Holy Ghost Church. Entombment to take place in Italy.


•Senft, Laura L. "Miss Mustard," September 24, 2008. Survived by her children Travis Senft and Alexis "Lexy" Senft; extended family Casey Cottrell, Stacey McCarty and Andrew Cottrell; sister Jamie St. Ives.

A Funeral Mass was said September 27 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Interment, St. John's Cemetery.


•Stanford, Nelson "Nels," September 14, 2008 at age 92 after a short illness. He was predeceased by his son, Bruce N. Stanford. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years Avis C. Stanford; daughters, Joyce (Jack) Crooks and Nancy (Thomas) Abbott; grandchildren, Todd and Michael (Tracy) Crooks, Kate and Scott Stanford, Julia, Olivia and Mitchell Abbott; eight great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sisters-in-law, Marian (Frank) Horek and Phyllis (Richard) Rudman; many nieces and nephews. Nels worked as an Electrical Engineer for General Railway Signal for 35 years.

Nels wishes were to donate his body to the U of R Medical School. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Aurora House Comfort Care, P.O. Box 21, Spencerport, NY 14559 in his memory.
