AREA

•Kendrick David A., of Lyndonville, age 59, suddenly on November 14, 2008. David grew up in Spencerport, graduated from Spencerport High School in 1968. He worked as a pipe fitter for Kodak in Rochester. He met the love of his life Merle in 1973, and they were married in 1974, making their home together in the Brockport/Spencerport area. In 1985, he and Merle moved to Lyndonville. In 2002, David began a new career driving truck. He loved to fly, having his pilot's license since the 1980s . Besides his loving wife Merle, he is also survived by three children: Renee Erdle of East Shelby, David Kendrick and Thomas Kendrick both of Lyndonville; three grandchildren: Devin and Joshua Erdle, and Natalie Kendrick; a sister, Shirlee Quinn of Mesa, Arizona, a brother-in-law, Brooks (Barbara) Jones of Florida; a niece, Thea and a nephew, Sean; as well as many dear friends.

A Memorial Service was held November 19 at the Bates and Tuttle Funeral Home, Lyndonville.


BROCKPORT

•Tolster, Carol F., On November 15, at the age of 66. Devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Predeceased by her parents Francis and Flora Jennings. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Ronald; daughters Lori (Jack) Gennuso, Debra (Tom) Calandrillo; grandchildren, Robert and Jessica; sister, Barbra (Bruce) Jenkins.

Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Greater Rochester at Lollypop Farm in her memory.


CHURCHVILLE

•Cragg, Andrew M. "Andy," Suddenly, November 15, 2008 at age 27 in New York City. He was predeceased by his father Michael Cragg. He is survived by his mother Lynne Cragg; his sisters Kimberly and Catherine Cragg; maternal grandmother Agnes Rhoden; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services were held November 21 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Churchville. Interment, St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery, Churchville. Contributions can be made to Newman Riga Library, Village Park, Churchville 14428 in his memory.


•Roth, Richard A., November 17, 2008 at age 62, after a short but valiant fight with cancer. Richard is predeceased by his parents, Carl F. Roth and Gloria F. Roth and his son, David C. Roth. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Roth; daughter Stacy (Tom) Beeles; grandchildren, Leah and Colton Beeles; sister, Patricia (James) Tunteri, brother, Carl J. Roth; sister-in-law, Carolyn Reiss; several nieces; many dear friends. Richard is a Veteran of the United States Army, is a graduate of RIT and was retired from Eastman Kodak Company after over 35 years of employment.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated November 22 at the Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Church. Private in-terment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. HAMLIN

•Rayburn, Florence M., On November 11, 2008. Wife of the late George A. Rayburn. Mother of Roger Rayburn and Karen McAllister. Grandmother of Lynda James and Andrea Surma. She is also survived by her sister, Lucille Clark; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rayburn was a resident of Hamlin for 56 years. She was a longtime member of Hamlin Methodist Church.

Funeral Services were held November 19 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Brockport. Interment, Lake View Cemetery.


HILTON

•Fraser, Geezien "Kay," November 15, 2008 at age 101. Predeceased by her husband, Donald and step-son, John Fraser. She is survived by her step-son, James (Wendy) Fraser; grandchildren, James (Lona) Fraser and Erin Hughson; great-grandchildren, Megan, Brendan, Kayla, Hailey and Liana; nieces and nephews in the Netherlands.

A Funeral Service was held November 18 at the New Comer Funeral Home, Greece. Private interment, White Haven Memorial Park.


•Goy, Clementine, Suddenly, November 19, 2008 at age 93. Predeceased by her husband Michael. She is survived by their children Irene (George) Gratton, William Goy, Rosemary (Fred) Wright and five grandchildren.

A Memorial Service was held November 22 at the Parma Greece United Church of Christ. Donations can be made to The Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport 14450 in her memory.


•Hendershot, Ellen D., November 12, 2008, at age 86. Ellen was predeceased by her husband, Burton, brother, Edward DeLaMater and twin sister, Elma D. Flemming. She was a Navy veteran and served her country during WWII. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; among them, Rebecca Flemming Krause, Erica Drew and Valerie Krause, Ruth Flemming Ploss and Don Flemming.

A Funeral Service was held November 17 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, Greece. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery.


•LaMoy, Thomas E. "Butchie," November 16, 2008, age 58. Predeceased by his father Paul LaMoy and sister Shirley Cusimano; he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol (Dikeman) LaMoy; their children, Timothy (Amy) LaMoy, Kevin (Alanna) LaMoy; grandchildren Erica LaMoy, Olivia Pringle; mother Ruth LaMoy; brother Henry LaMoy; sisters Linda (Willie) Bentivegna, Carol (Mickey) Viccaro, Jeanne (Bill) Diel; sisters-in-law, Linda (Gary) Mitchell, Sandy (Pete) Napolitano; many nieces, nephews and friends.

•McPherson, Donald F., age 93, November 10, 2008. Predeceased by his wife Lois (Carr) McPherson, daughter Bonnie Stewart and son-in-law F. James Stewart. He is survived by his children Donald V. (Patience), Douglas A. (Regina) McPherson; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

•Bropst, Virginia P., age 90, died November 17, 2008 at the Lakeside Beikirch Nursing Home. Mrs. Bropst was a member of the Gaines Carlton Community Church, P.E.O. Albion Chapter D.A.R. She taught over 20 years at Albion Central School. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph H. Sr.; brother Guy Putnam; son-in-law Joseph Driesel. She is survived by her sons Joseph (Peggy) Bropst Jr., Charles (Nancy) Bropst; daughter Connie Driesel, all of Kent; grandchildren Christina Davis, Teasdale (David) Ragsdale, Jeremy (Amy) Mikels, Adam (Kristin) Mikels, Kerri (Todd) Pieniaszak, Kelli (Neil)Brundage, Kevin (Kelly) Bropst, Karl and Mark Driesel; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Poelma of Gaines; several nieces and nephews.

NORTH CHILI

•Murphy, Shawn, November 13, 2008, at age 59, after a short but courageous fight against cancer. He was surrounded by his wife Marge, daughters, Morgan and Shauna, special friend Sarah Duvall and his constant companion Cody. Shawn is survived by his family as well as his mother Marcia Murphy of Albany; his sister, Sharon (Kevin) O'Dea; brother, Kevin (Pam) Murphy all from the capital district region. Shawn is also survived by his mother and father-in-law, Bill and Eva Corbin of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; brothers-in-law, Bill (Kathy) Corbin, Glen (Ellyn) Corbin of Illinois, and Kevin (Ann) Corbin of Ann Arbor, Michigan; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Celebration of his life was held November 17 at Walker Bros. Funeral Home, Spencerport. An Irish Wake is being planned for the early spring. Donations can be made to the Golisano's Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in his memory.

•Baker, Gladys M. (Dobles), November 15, 2008 at age 85. Predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Sweeney. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Colin R. Baker; daughter, Sandra (John) Page; grandchildren, Tamara (Thomas) Burgio and Michael (Marie) Page; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Jacob, Andrew and Colin; sister, Betty Fay; brothers, Frederick (Joyce) and Donald (Aileen) Dobles; several nieces and nephews.

•Lavender, Mildred "Sue," On November 14, 2008, at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband Bill and her son Ronald. Will be truly missed by daughter Helen Heckleman and sons William (Joanne) and Robert (Nancy); nine grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.

SPENCERPORT

•Albright, Muriel Hill, November 13, 2008. Predeceased by her mother Naomi Hill, father, Ervin T. Hill Sr.; her fiance of 42 years, Jack Palmer. Survived by her daughter, Ervina Donovan (Bruce) Malin; son, Michael Albright; grandson, Taylor Donovan Malin; special niece, Sandra Hill (Steve) Giusti; grandniece, Olivia Jean Giusti; siblings, Naomi Hill Jackson, Ervin T. Hill Jr., Sara Hill Parker; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Muriel's wish was to be an Anatomical Gift Donor through the U of R Medical Center. In her memory do something nice for someone.


•Brown, Audrey Jane, November 11, 2008, at age 85 at the home of her son in Towanda, Pennsylvania, after an extended illness. She is survived by her son Clifford and Sandy Swick of Towanda, Pennsylvania; sister Clarice Burkardt of Sebastian, Florida; grandchildren Sheri and Patrick Starr of Mauldin, South Carolina, Michelle and Glen Schow of Herndon, Virginia, Suzette and Jay Crowhurst of Carrolton, Texas, David and Kris Swick of Simpsonville, South Carolina and Cassandra and Brian Dowtin of Greensboro, North Carolina; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Audrey owned and operated a grocery store and a restaurant in Rochester, was involved in harness racing, and made Easter candy which she sold out of her home for over 40 years.

Interment in Fairfield Cemetery, Spencerport, will be at the convenience of the family. A Memorial Service will be held in December at the Community Alliance Church in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Towanda Memorial Hospital Hospice, 1 Hospital Drive, Towanda, Pennsylvania 18848.


•Flick, Clara A. (Partyka), November 15, 2008, at age 84. Predeceased by her husband, Robert L. Flick; sister, Mary Partyka; and brother, Walter Partyka. She is survived by her children, Timothy L. Flick, Laura J. Flick, and Carol F. Case; granddaughter, Olivia C. Case; and many friends. Clara was a member of the T.O.P.S. Club and the Rochester Knitting Guild.

Private interment. Contributions can be made to Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance in her memory.
