The Churchville-Chili Continuing Education Department is giving youngsters a chance to sample a summer treat in the middle of winter. The department is offering a winter baseball camp in January and February at the C-C Middle School. C-C varsity and junior varsity coaches Pete Reynolds and Dean Dingee as well as others, including guest speakers, will teach baseball skills during the camp.

The camp will take place on five Saturdays: January 6, 13 and 27 and February 3 and 10. Children age 8-12 will meet 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.; children age 13-18 will meet 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will need to bring a baseball glove and gym clothes. If they want, they can also bring a baseball bat. Cost for the camp is $35.
