Trailing 25-21 at half-time, the Hilton Cadets girls basketball team outscored Brockport by fourteen points in the second half in a 48-38 come-from-behind win January 11.

The Cadets lead was only two points at the end of the third quarter, but they scored the first three baskets of the fourth quarter to pull away. "Our guards' scoring was the difference in the game," said Hilton head coach Mike Major after the game. "We made some adjustments at half-time in the offense and they paid off in the second half."

Amanda Eichas led all scorers with 19 points including 6-8 from the free throw line while Krystal Eichas added 10 points. Staci Weidert and Alexis Henion each chipped in 6 points as Hilton improved their record to 4-2, 6-5.

For Brockport, Stephanie Henry had 8 points while Amy Rickman and Katie Sue Jones each had 7 points. The Cadets travel to Webster January 25 and Brockport is at Fairport January 26.
