The Roberts Wesleyan Soccer Camp program has added five new summer camps: Boy's and Girl's Lacrosse camp, Pick 6 All-Sports camp, Junior Basketball camp, and a soccer shooting and goaltending mini-camp.

•Boy's and Girl's Lacrosse camp - Roberts will offer two lacrosse camps this summer to keep up with the surge of lacrosse enthusiasm on Rochester's west side. The boys will be offered a fun and intensive camp with Sean McNamara, National Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The camp is open to second to twelfth graders and will run Tuesday, June 26, until Saturday, June 30 at noon. The girls are offered a full week camp open to fifth to tenth grade girls during the week of Monday, July 30 through Friday, August 3. Each of the camps will include a buffet lunch, swimming, and a t-shirt.

•Pick 6 All-Sports camp - Open to children entering third to eighth grade. Monday, July 23 to Friday, July 27 and this camp allows children to select the activities they want to learn and play. The selection includes traditional sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, and softball, along with less traditional sports like ultimate frizbee, tae kwon do, floor hockey, cheerleading, flag football, and track and field. The campers will select six activities and those are the six sports they will spend the week learning.

•Junior Basketball camp - Raiders Head Women's basketball coach Chris Williams will offer a basketball camp for children entering second to sixth grades. The camp will be a full day camp starting Monday, August 20 through Friday, August 24 and will offer skill development in a fun environment.

•Soccer shooting and Goal Tending mini-camp - Intense shooting, crossing, heading to goal, volleys, half-volleys, attacking cross balls for two hours a day for a week. A load of soccer balls, eight full size goals and coaches instructing specifically on how and when to score and practice for the goalkeepers. Techniques like working angles, increasing reaction time, learning when to punch, and when to catch the ball will be emphasized. This camp is offered during four consecutive weeks beginning Monday, July 16 at 3:30 p.m. and available to those entering third to twelfth grade.
