Spencerport High School student Rachel Brongo has received the Spencerport Area Chamber of Commerce scholarship. Rachel will receive the $500 after completing her first semester of college and registering for the second semester.

The scholarship, given to a graduating senior who lives in Ogden or Parma and/or is a student in the Spencerport School District, is based on academic achievement, character, leadership, motivation and financial need.
