BROCKPORT

•Elliott, Kathleen (Cass), Formerly of Hamlin on Saturday, August 18, 2001. She is survived by two sons, Randall (Marilyn) of Hamlin, Kevin of Brockport; three grandsons, Randall (Lisa), James and Kara; five great grandchildren; her sister, Mary Beairsto of Brockport; several nieces and nephews and many good friends.

A Funeral Mass was said August 22 at the Church of the Nativity, Brockport. Interment Lakeside Cemetery. Friends wishing can make contributions to The Mary Elizabeth Elliott Scholarship Fund, Kendall Central School, Kendall.


•Hallett, Helen Preston, 74 on August 15, 2001. Surviving are daughters, Cathy Beyea and Jean Hallett of Brockport; sons, Ray R. of Oklahoma, Douglas of Virginia; brothers, Howard Preston of Rush, Ralph Preston of Vermont, Larry Preston of Scottsville; sister, Dorothy Hallett of Caledonia; 10 grandchildren.

CHURCHVILLE

•Jungbluth, Ernest J., On Wednesday, August 15, 2001. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years. Dorothy and his children, John and Eileen Jungbluth, Brockport, Patricia and Joseph Neafsey, Stafford Springs, Connecticut; grandchildren, Nicholas and Jeremy Jungbluth, E.J. and Kate Neafsey. Ernie was a former resident of Granby Quebec, Penfield, NY and Longwood, Florida. He was an electrical engineer for Stromberg Carlson for 23 years.

A Funeral Service was held August 18 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lake View Cemetery, Brockport. Contributions can be made to the Lakeside Memorial Hospital, Brockport in his memory.


•Ehrmentraut, W. James, Friday, August 17, 2001 at age 86. He was predeceased by his wife, Marion; his son, Ronald; grandson, Jimmy Ehrmentraut and granddaughter, Shevonne Orto. He is survived by his children, Diane (Robert) Corrigan of Gates, William (Chris) of Bergen, Donald (Maureen) of Churchville, Daniel (Anne) of Neenah, Wisconsin and Dr. Sheryl (Robert) Ehrmentraut-Gillis of Honeoye Falls, his brother, Eugene (Monie) of Churchville, his sister, Catherine (Clemens) Dobbertin of Gates; brother-in-law, William Steimer; sister-in-law, Hazel Ehrmentraut; nine grand-children; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said August 20 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Interment St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times in his memory.


•Sanfratello, Virginia C., August 18, 2001, age 84; wife of Vincent L. Sanfratello of Churchville; mother of Frances M. Pickens of Churchville; and the late Angelo V. Sanfratello; sister of Joseph Marone of Batavia, Patrick Marone of Florida, Gertrude Woodring of Pittsford, and Ann Mandia of Batavia; grandmother of four and great grandmother of one.

•Liktor, Joseph Jr., Suddenly, August 14, 2001 at age 68. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; his children, William Liktor, Cindy Mastrella, Michael (Melissa) Strader, Lisa (Sean) Stewart and Doug (Suzanne) Strader; his sister, Helen Marie Larson; four grandchildren; and four nephews.

Funeral Services were held August 17 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home Inc., Hilton. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery. Those wishing can make contributions to the American Heart Association in his memory.


KENDALL

•Starkweather, Arlene L., On Sunday, August 19, 2001. She is survived by her children, Loriann (Keith Sr.) Fierle, Dansville, Wayne (Barbara) Dick, South Carolina, Tina (Daniel) Powell, Hamlin, Shawna (Mark) Gurgel, Brockport; eight grandchildren; her father, Robert Johnson; two brothers, three sisters. Predeceased by her daughter, Dawn Dick and grandson, Jeremy Dick.

Funeral Services were held August 23 at the Concordia Lutheran Church, Fourth Section Road, Brockport. Interment Riverside Cemetery.


SPENCERPORT

•Dirkx, Ronald A., August 19, 2001 at age 54. He is survived by his wife Joann Abraham Dirkx; his children, Brad Abraham, Kim (James) Marchetti and Ronald A. Dirkx Jr.; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Kenny and Carolyn; his father Kenneth Dirkx; his brother, Roger (Elizabeth) Dirkx; mother-in-law, Adelma Abraham; his aunt, Marian Dirkx; several nieces, nephews and many cherished friends and family. He was predeceased by Carolyn Dirkx (Pheilshifter) and his mother Jean K. Dirkx. He was an employee of Cohber Press and was a Navy veteran.

A Memorial Mass was held August 24 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to Journey Home Hospice, 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester 14626 in his memory.


•Garrison, Florence "Dolly," July 25, 2001 in Cape Coral, Florida. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Russell; two daughters, Jacqueline (Gerald) Toates of Spencerport and Charlotte of Brockport; one son, William (Betsy) of Big Flats; one brother, William (Carol) Metcalf of Buffalo; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
