The RPO's Marimba Band will appear in Sagawa Park, on the corners of Erie and Main Streets, Brockport, on Saturday, September 8, at noon. A mix of xylophones, marimbas, percussion, steel drums and more, the RPO special concert group will perform tunes from ragtime to Lion King; jazz to steel drum selections.

Two other Brockport traditions are happening on September 8. Starting at 10 a.m. the Peddler's Market, at the Morgan Manning House, 151 Main Street, Brockport, typically draws over 50 vendors. High quality art, antiques and craftwares are available at the Western Monroe Historical Society fundraiser. Food, drinks are available. Free admission.

As soon as the Peddlers Market is over, the Brockport Lions Club's annual Antique Car Show starts at 4 p.m. The second half of a two-part Cruise-in series, this event brings between 250-300 classic cars to the downtown area. Musical entertainment, includes a live performance by Chris Wilson, a Brockport native. More music from the 50's, food, raffles and other entertainment is on hand until 11 p.m.
