Brockport artist's work in new exhibit

The work of Dianne Hickerson, Brockport watercolor artist, appears in the Adirondacks National Exhibition of American Watercolors running through September 23 at Old Forge, NY at the Arts Center/Old Forge.

"Crystal Visions" appears among 101 works from 28 states and Canada chosen from over 700 entries.

"Crystal Visions" also was chosen by the juror of awards, along with 32 other of the exhibition's pieces, for a traveling exhibit to art centers and museums throughout the Northeast through April 2002. It recently won "Best of Show" in the Rochester Art Club Spring Exhibition 2001.

In exhibitions coming this fall, Hickerson's "Cranberry Glow" was recently accepted for the North East Watercolor Society 25th Annual International Juried Exhibition in Kent, Connecticut. "Promises to Keep" was accepted for the Batavia Society of Artists' 12th International Exhibition.
