The Greece Charger Junior PeeWee cheerleaders placed first at the Western New York Pop Warner Qualifier competition on Sunday, November 4 in Syracuse. They competed in this state level competition after placing first in the Monroe County tournament on Saturday, October 27. Teri Buckert and Kristie McDonald are coaches.

The Greece Charger PeeWee cheerleaders placed second in the Monroe County competition and during the state competition, placed third runner up. Melissa Bennett, Lisa Markidis and Cindy Schulze are coaches.

Both teams will travel to Trenton, New Jersey to compete in the regional tournament. If they qualify at the tournament, they will be on their way to Walt Disney World for the National competition.
