Champions on Ice - a trip to Blue Cross Arena on Friday, January 18 to see Champions on Ice featuring Dorothy Hamill, Nancy Kerrigan, Rudy Galindo and Victor Petrenko. Bus leaves the Chili Senior Center at 6:30 p.m. and returns at approximately 10 p.m. The cost is $36. For information, call 889-6185.

Tuesday Talks - each Tuesday beginning January 8 at 11 a.m. A guest speaker will be featured each week. Coffee provided. There is no charge to participate. January 8 - Deputy Jim Irene, Monroe Co. Tai Chi - classes every Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Improve health and fitness, reduce stress, increase energy level and develop peace and inner calm. Class taught by staff from Northeastern Martial Arts. The cost is $20 per month. To register, call the center at 889-6185 or stop by 3235 Chili Avenue.

Line Dancing Class - lessons on Thursdays, January 3 - February 28 (no class 2/14) from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Line dancing is a simple combination of steps taught step by step, and done to a variety of music. No partner necessary. The cost if $16 for 8 weeks ($20 for non-residents). To register, stop by the senior center at 3235 Chili Avenue or call 889-6185.

Beginning Oil Painting - a six-week Beginning Oil Painting class on Mondays beginning January 14 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The cost is $25 plus supplies. Supplies run approx. $13 and may be purchased at first class. Participants must provide a smock or old shirt, small towel, small glass jar for turpentine and a photo (or photo quality picture) of the item or scene to be painted. Call 889-6185.

Mall Walking - at Marketplace Mall every Tuesday morning during the winter months beginning January 8. Walkers will carpool to the mall from the Senior Center at 8:30 a.m. and return at approximately 11 a.m. Participants will have the opportunity to walk at their own pace and visit with others.
