Phil Mannix tallied seven points including a hat trick to lead the Spencerport Rangers to an 8-6 come-from-behind win over Auburn in the consolation game of the Westside Hockey Tournament.

After tying the game 3-3 early in the second period on one of Jeff Poweski's two goals, the Rangers allowed three goals in a forty-second span to fall behind 6-3. Chris Mark got the come back started when he scored with 1:41 left in the second period and Mannix scored just ahead of the period horn. The Rangers would go on to score five unanswered goals. Joe Zaccaria scored twice and added one assist for Spencerport and Poweski had a five-point game with two goals. The threesome of Mark, Mannix and Poweski accounted for fourteen of the Rangers' eighteen points in the win which evened their record at 3-3 over their last six games.
