Chili FD Auxiliary installs new officers

Members of the Chili Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary installed their new officers for 2002 at their annual banquet dinner meeting. Installation officer Lelia Miner presented Deborah Chrysler as president, Gloria Nyhan as vice-president, Deanna Reber as treasurer and Betty Doyle Hendershott as secretary. Directors are Lelia Miner, Karen Roy and Carol Guelzow. Outgoing president Debra Sibbald was presented with her past-president's pin for her service in 2000 and 2001.

Three new Life Memberships were awarded: Beth Bachmann, Marion Free and Carol Sullivan Martin completed 20 years of continuous membership. Other awards for longevity were presented by banquet chair Evelyn Piper to Lorraine Pandina and Eleen Uttrup, 15 years; Sandra Denome 25 years; Linda Meister 30 years; Carol Guelzow 35 years and Myrthia Grabensttetter, 40 years.

The dinner event was held at Pando's Party Room in Scottsville. The Chili unit will host the Monroe County Auxiliary's February meeting on February 6 at Co. #1 at 8 p.m.
