Nicholas Falco, a 2000 graduate of Churchville- Chili High School, received dean's list honors for the fall 2001 semester at the University of Buffalo. Nicholas, who is a participant in the University Honors Program, achieved a 4.0 GPA and is majoring in chemistry.

He is the son of Cathy and Gene Falco of Robbin Crescent in Ogden.


Rebecca L. Erbelding of Churchville, was named to the dean's list for the fall semester of the 2001-02 academic year at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Erbelding is a senior at Mary Washington College.


Grove City College has announced dean's list students from this area. They are:

Amy Knight, who is majoring in elementary education. She is a 2000 graduate of Spencerport High School and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Knight of Spencerport.

Jonathan Meyers, who is majoring in elementary education. A 2000 graduate of Churchville-Chili Senior High School, he is the son of Ms. Charmian S. Perry of Spencerport.

Elisabeth VanScoter, a business management major. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin O. VanScoter of Spencerport.

Robert Stevens, who is majoring in elementary education. He is a 2000 graduate of Brockport High School and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary R. Stevens of Brockport.


Cindy L. Johnson, daughter of Glenn and Cheryl Johnson of Valley Park Drive, Spencerport, has been named to the fall 2001 dean's list at St. John Fisher College in Rochester. Johnson, a senior, is a business finance major.


Stephanie L. Winslow has been named to the dean's list at Bowling Green State University.

The daughter of Christopher and Laurie Winslow of Brockport, she is a senior majoring in music.


Rochester resident Meredith L. Beales has been named to the dean's list for the 2001 fall semester at Messiah College. Beales, a senior accounting major, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Beales, Rochester.

Beales is a 1998 graduate of Churchville-Chili Senior High School.


Spencerport resident Gavin D. Roach has been named to the dean's list for the 2001 fall semester at Messiah College. Roach, a senior music major, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger D. Roach, Spencerport.

Roach is a 1999 graduate of Churchville-Chili Senior High School.


Hamlin resident Chelsea E. Matsko has been named to the dean's list for the 2001 fall semester at Messiah College. Matsko, a senior biology major, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence A. Matsko, Hamlin.

Matsko is a 1998 home school graduate.


Andrew Meyers, a Hope College freshman from Churchville, participated in the theatre production "Arcadia" at Hope College in February.

Meyers played both Lord Augustus and Gus.

He will also tour with the Hope College Chapel Choir March 13-20.

The Chapel Choir will perform in Canada, New York, Massachusetts and Ohio. The 39 members are selected by audition. The Chapel Choir has also toured in Europe, the former Soviet Union, California and New York in the past. Dr. Brad Richmond is the director.

Meyers is the son of Gregg and Renee Meyers of Churchville. He is a 2001 graduate of Churchville-Chili High School.


Richard J. Kane, FIC, an Aid Association for Lutherans/Lutheran Brotherhood (AAL/LB) district representative in Hilton, has been honored for outstanding sales and service by achieving membership in the organization's 2001 Leaders' Club.

Leaders' Club is one of the most prestigious honors given to Lutheran Brotherhood district representatives. Members of Leaders' Club have achieved a high level of business performance and have proven their professionalism in providing quality financial services to their clients.


Caitlin McCloskey, a junior public relations major, daughter of Charles and Cynthia McCloskey, has been named to the dean's list at Susquehanna University.

To qualify, students must achieve a minimum 3.4 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 for the semester, while completing at least 12 semester hours.


The following students were named to the dean's list of St. Bonaventure University for the fall 2001 semester. A student must achieve a grade point average of at least 3.25 in order to qualify.

Jason R. Volkmuth, of Spencerport, is a junior majoring in physical education. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. John Volkmuth.

Katherine E. Petit, of Spencerport, is a sophomore majoring in physical education. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. William A. Petit.

Shannon J. Luce is a senior majoring in education. Luce's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Earl J. Luce Jr. of Brockport.

Megan J. Ryan is a senior majoring in education. Ryan's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Milton J. Ryan of Brockport.

Lindsay A. Scheg, of Hilton, is a senior majoring in English. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Daniel E. Scheg.

Holly M. Volkmuth is a sophomore majoring in education. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. John Volkmuth of Spencerport.

Holly C. Maar, of Brockport, is a senior majoring in education. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gerald C. Maar.

Amanda Doern, of Rochester, is a senior majoring in education. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Doern.

Lucas F. Fink is a senior majoring in political science. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Gary C. Fink of Bergen.

Jordan Moskal, son of Dave and Edie Moskal of Ogden, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2001 semester at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, Rensselaer County. He is a junior majoring in information technology.


Michelle Swanger, a senior majoring in psychology at the University of Rochester, has been named to the dean's list for academic achievement for the fall 2001 semester.

Swanger, a graduate of Holley High School, is a resident of Holley.


Gavin Hickey, a senior majoring in biology at the University of Rochester, has been named to the dean's list for academic achievement for the fall 2001 semester.

Hickey, a graduate of Spencerport High School, is a resident of Spencerport.


Army National Guard Pvt. Michael J. Salisbury has graduated from the unit supply specialist course at Fort Jackson, Columbia, South Carolina.

Salisbury is the son of Peggy A. and Michael L. Salisbury of Pinewood Drive, Spencerport.

He is a 2001 graduate of Brockport High School.
