Spring Story Festival March 21 The 12th Annual Hilton Spring Story Festival will be held Thursday, March 21, at the Village Elementary School, 100 School Lane, Hilton, featuring internationally-known storyteller and author, Rafe Martin and illustrator Michael Dooling. The 'family night' atmosphere of the Spring Story Festival is especially appealing to parents and elementary-age children, but all are welcome, according to festival organizers. Admission is $1 per person. Registration and book sales begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by pizza, juice and cookies as well as book signings at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m. there will be a panel discussion with the two featured guests, Rafe Martin and Michael Dooling. At 7:30 p.m. there will be breakout sessions to further talk with the artist and writer. Book signings continue through 8:15 p.m. The Spring Story Festival is sponsored by the Hilton School District; Lift Bridge Kids Books in Brockport; and Hilton VEPTO and PTO groups. |
