AREA

•Barrantine, Brenda (Burgess), passed away suddenly March 31, 2002 at the age of 38. She is survived by her husband, Jerry and daughter Katrina Barrantine of Eagle Lake, Florida; her mother Harriet Burgess; friend Gary Hamblin of Spencerport; brothers Tim Burgess of Middleport, NY, Chris Burgess of Spencerport; mother-in-law, Wanita Barrantine of Florida; step-mother Joan Burgess; step-sister Colleen Burgess; step-brothers Maurice Burgess and Karl Burgess, all of Florida; step-brother, Kevin Burgess of Pennsylvania and Keenyn Burgess of New Jersey; grandfather Robert Hoyer of Medina; grandmother Florence Burgess of Venice, Florida; several sis-ters and brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins; aunts Saran (Koplars) Enge of Georgia, Ruth Evans of Florida and Carol Evans of Churchville; two very special friends Frank and Brenda Story of Florida.

Brenda was predeceased by her father Rev. Donald Burgess, and father-in-law, Wendell Barrantine of Florida; grandmother Marjorie Hoyer, grandfather, Colin Burgess and grandparents, Joanna and Harry Evans; Uncles, Ronald, Roger, Dennis Evans, and Jim Burgess.

Brenda worked as a court liaison for the Winter Haven Police Department of Florida for the past 17 1/2 years.

Funeral Services were held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, and a Memorial Service was held at Cypress Cathedral of Winter Haven, Florida. Burial was at Auburndale Cemetery, Auburndale, Florida.


BERGEN

•Buongiorne, Louis, March 23, 2002. Predeceased by his wife, Peggy in 1996. Survived by his children, Frank King, Michael (Anna) Buongiorne, Paul (Lisa) Buongiorne and Teresa (Andy) Schwenger; step-mother, Gladys Buongiorne; 11 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; sisters, Cathy Gillespie, Lisa Hess, Roseanne Brune, Dawn Gurski, Bonnie Buongiorne; many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Ceremony was held April 19 at Garland Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Bergen Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Corps.


HILTON

•Holman, Bernard H., April 16, 2002 at age 91. He was predeceased by daughter, Patricia Lynne Holman. He is survived by his wife, Arlene; children, Douglas (Susan) Holman, Bonnie (Bernard) Hamilton, Berne Kouba; brother-in-law, Don Dunbar, sister-in-law, Darlene Strussenberg; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was a long time custodian at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Funeral Services were held April 21 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hilton. Interment Parma Union Cemetery. Donations can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Sanctuary Fund.


KENDALL

•Love, Michael A., April 16, 2002 at age 37. Survived by his wife, Robin; sons, Mikel, Dylon, Garrett; brother, Mark; sister, Melissa; his parents, Sara and Gary Love; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass was said April 19 at St. Mark R. C. Church-Kendall. Interment at the convenience of the family. Memorials can be made to St. Mark Church.


SPENCERPORT

•Rowe, Frank E., April 18, 2002 at the age of 85. Predeceased by his loving wife of 62 years, Ada. Survived by daughter, Nancy (Robert) Garlick; granddaughter, Cathi (Andrew) Squier; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Rowe was a veteran of WWII and a retired New York state employee. Memorial Service and interment will be at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to the Shrine Hospital Fund or Parkinson's Foundation.
