Celebrating 100 years

Mabelle Robbins, a resident of The Landing of Brockport, will turn 100 years old on July 7, 2002. Mabelle has lived in Hollywood, California, Texas and Florida and then later moved to Rochester. Mabelle has met several famous people including Lucille Ball, Desi Arnez and Ethel Merman.

Mabelle's family, friends and The Landing staff will celebrate her birthday on Sunday, June 23, starting at 1 p.m. At 2 she will blow out her 100 candles and at 3 p.m. there will be a balloon release of 100 balloons to honor her 100 years.
