carries on Former Hilton Kyokushin Karate instructor Sempai George F. Kiefer has returned to teaching after taking a few years off. He is now teaching "Simple Self Defense" courses for the New Sweden/Clarkson Community Center located south of Aldi's grocery store. With one successful eight week course completed, there are two more scheduled for this coming September. He continues to train with and support the Hilton Karate School where he began training in 1988. The Hilton School is now under the direction of Sempai Todd Hutchinson, another long time student of the recently deceased founder, Sensei James Grafe. Sensei James Grafe was close personal friend and mentor to George Kiefer. His presence is missed in the local community as well as in the hearts of all the students he taught over his lifetime.
