project completed During the week of August 26, the Village of Hilton DPW completed the Hojack Road and infrastructure project started in 1995. Village of Hilton and Town of Parma representatives worked together in 2001 and 2002 to extend the old Hojack Lane from School Lane in the village to Collamer Road in the Town of Parma. This project enchances traffic flow and access to the Light Industrial Park, according to Hilton Mayor Bill Carter. On hand to witness the completion of Old Hojack Lane were Carter, Parma Highway Department Foreman Ray Hendershot, Parma Highway Superintendent Brian Speer and Hilton Superintendent of Public Works Tom Tilebein.
