Beedham, Arthur, Tuesday, September 17, 2002. He is predeceased by his wife, Marilyn. Survived by his children, John (Carol) of Holley, Suzanne Jones Litchfield of Maine, James of Hamburg and Robert of Brockport; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; his brother, Earl of Brockport; several nieces and nephews. Arthur was a member of the American Rose Society and the Carnival Glass Club.

Funeral Services were held September 20 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment Creekside Cemetery, Churchville. Friends wishing can make contributions to the Clarkson Community Church.


CHURCHVILLE

Bangs, Ivy (Read), Monday, September 16, 2002 at age 93. She was predeceased by her husband, William H. Bangs. she is survived by her two daughters, Ellen (Dennis) Larson of Batavia and Mildred (John) Piccione of Rochester; son Dean (Glenda) Bangs of East Bethany; three grandchildren, Eric (Karen) Larson, Greg Larson and Tamara Doyle, Sonja Beckley; two great grandchildren, Noah Beckley and Olivia Larson; several nieces and nephews. She was a retired cafeteria manager at Churchville-Chili Junior High, a 63 year member of United Church of Christ, Churchville and former historian of S.C.O.R., Churchville.

Funeral Services were held September 20 at Union Congregational United Church of Christ, Churchville. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Union Congregational United Church of Christ or Newman-Riga Library, Churchville in her memory.


CLARENDON

Crego, Todd, Suddenly on Saturday, September 14, 2002. He is predeceased by his mother, Sharon DaBoll and is survived by his father, Edward; his sister, Sue (Rick) Widman; his brothers, Scott and Kevin; his nieces and nephews, Katie and Steven Widman, Brandon and Kailey Crego; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services were held September 18 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Garland Cemetery. Friends wishing can make contributions to American Lung Association.


HILTON

Almeter, Viola G. (Eichas), September 13, 2002 age 79. She is survived by her husband, Alfred H. Almeter; her children, Joan Maier (Silvio Quattrociocchi), Jane (James) Gates, John (Donna), Jerome (Kate) and Jamie (Debby) Almeter, Janet (Tom) Ozminkowski; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandson; her brothers and sisters, John (Beatrice), George (Joyce), Arthur (Marge) Eichas, Theresa (Floyd) Blodgett, Jude, Robert (Maria) Eichas, Mary Eichas-Gavigan (Kenneth) and Charles Eichas; also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Morrill and Rita Maynard.

Funeral Mass was said September 16 at St. Leo Church, Hilton. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Those wishing can make contributions to Unity Foundation, 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 in her memory.


KENDALL

Mullen, Gerald T. "Jerry," Sunday, September 15, 2002 at age 59. He was predeceased by his father, William T. Mullen. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Vandertang) Mullen; his son, Sean (Carolyn) Mullen of Kent; his daughters, Pamela (William) Donofrio of Greece and Cynthia (Robert) Unger of Hamlin; two grandsons, Matthew Unger and William T. Donofrio; his mother, Agnes Mullen; brother, Richard W. (Rita) Mullen; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Howard) Daggs and Jean (Michael) McBride; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. He was a retiree of the Roll Coating Division of Eastman Kodak Company and was a former Boy Scout leader.

A Memorial Celebration of his life was held September 18 at St. Mark Church, Kendall. Contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in his memory.


NORTH GREECE

Speer, Kenneth C., Peacefully September 16, 2002, age 81. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Velma (Marks) Speer. Survived by two sons, Douglas (Rebecca) and Rodney (Elaine) Speer; six grandchildren, Carrie (Matt) Kibby, Kellie, Ryan, Kevin, Matthew and Lauren Speer; his sister, Jessie (James) Kirby; sisters-in-law, Peggy Speer, Jean Marks, Arlona Sheldon, Dolly Marks, Marlene (John) Mayer; many nieces, nephews and friends. Ken was a Life Member and Past Chief of North Greece Fire Department and long-time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hilton.

A Funeral Service was said September 20 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Interment Parma Union Cemetery. Those wishing can make contributions to St. Paul New Sanctuary Fund or North Greece Fire Department in his memory.
