Cosmetology students offer a Cos Clinic

Second year cosmetology students at WE-MO-CO Career and Technical Education offer a Cos Clinic for the public. A few of the services offered are: haircuts, highlights, nails, perms and facials. The WE-MO-CO Career and Technical Education Center is located at 3589 Big Ridge Road in Spencerport.
