Sweethearts at Sweden Senior Center

The Sweden Senior Center hosted a Valentine's party on February 14. One of the "senior couples" who participated was Bud and Stella DeTar, who came to the center for the party which included music, dancing, and a lunch featuring Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was a sweetheart day at the center. Two seniors, Luella Jennejohn and Jim Higgins, were married on February 14, 2003 at the Sweden Town Hall. This couple met at the senior center and continue to be an integral part of the programs there.
