•Brundage, Paul W., On April 3, 2003. He is survived by his son, Paul; his daughter, Ellen Watkins; his granddaughter, Kelsey; brothers, Harold (Lorna) and Richard (Betty); sisters, Betty (Pete) Barber, Helen (Richard) Rubino, Carol (Louis) Mehserle and Barbara (Gary) Webster; several nieces and nephews; his ex-wife, Jean; and good friend, Ginny Ventura.

Funeral Services were held April 7 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Spring interment, Lake View Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Brockport Firemen's Exempt Association or the Brockport VFW in his memory.


•La Due, Pearl A. (Westcott), Monday, April 7, 2003, age 95. She was predeceased by her husband, Fay N. La Due and her son-in-law, Kenneth Koss. She is survived by her daughters, Mavis (Ebbie) Kenyon and Mabel (Kenneth) Koss; her sons, Fay J. (Carol) La Due and Charles (Margaret) La Due; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; also her sister, Luella (James) Higgins; sister-in-law, Iva Kenyon; several nieces and nephews. Pearl was the last charter member of the Brockport Firemen's Auxiliary and a member of the Eastern Star Lodge.

A Funeral Service was held April 10 at Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Memorials can be made to Lakeside Biekirch Care Center, Genesee Region Home Care, 70 Metro Park, Rochester 14623 or Brockport Firemen's Exempt Club.


•Wetzel, Ralph F., April 2, 2003. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Beverly Park Wetzel; brother, Fred; nephew, Freddie (Linda); several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Ralph was a World War II Army Veteran, a life member of the Brockport VFW Post #2890, a member of the New York State American Legion and a 33 year retiree of Davenport Machine & Tool Company.

Funeral Services were held April 5 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Contributions can be made to the Brockport Volunteer Ambulance or the American Cancer Society in his memory.


•Zimmer, Thelma I., On April 2, 2003. She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Fred Tucker) Schmeer; her son, Jeffery Erickson; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Lester (Margie) Meiers and Harold (Carol) Meiers; sister, Ruth (Bill) Diedrick; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held April 5 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Friends can make contributions to the American Lung Association in her memory.


CHURCHVILLE

•Lennon, Raymond W., Saturday, April 5, 2003 at age 88. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine B. Lennon. He is survived by his sons Fred C. (Dian) Lennon and Dennis (Judi) Lennon; grandchildren, Amy (Jeff) Flagler and Fred M. Lennon; his great grandson, Jacob Flagler; his sister Lauretta (Burton) Gould; several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Harvey C. Noone American Legion Post #954.

A Funeral Service was held April 9 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Churchville. Interment Creekside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Churchville Volunteer Fire Department Ambulance or to Harvey C. Noone American Legion Post #954 in his memory.


•Trelly, Phyllis M., (Morgan), April 4, 2003 at age 58. She is survived by her husband, Franklin J. Trelly; her daughter, Mary Jean (Joseph) Niedzwiecki; her grandchildren, Joseph Morone, Brandon and Justin Niedzwiecki; her sisters, Anne (Roy) Hamblin, Jean Gruendike and Mary Dombrowski; brother, William Morgan; her mother-in-law, Marion Trelly; sisters-in-law, Susan O'Connor and Marilyn Trelly; nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass was said April 7 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Interment St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.


HILTON

•Almeter, Alfred H., April 3, 2003, age 80. Predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Viola Eichas Almeter; brother, Vincent; sisters, Dolores and Catherine. Survived by his children, Joan Almeter-Maier, Jane (James) Gates, John (Donna) Almeter, Jerome (Kate) Almeter, Jamie (Debby) Almeter, Janet (Tom) Ozminkowski; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandson; brothers, Norman Almeter, Charles Almeter, Maynard Almeter, Paul (Rita) Almeter, Clare (Mildred) Almeter; sisters, Cecilia Robertson, Theresa Cotter; also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.

A Funeral Mass was said April 7 at St. John's Church, Spencerport. Interment, St. John's Cemetery. Contri-butions can be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars or a charity of choice in his memory.


•Francis, David G., April 4, 2003 at the age of 64 from lung cancer. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Virginia B. Francis; two daughters, Kim (Craig) Covert of Greece; Lori (Marco) Tine of Eagle, Idaho; his brother, Larry (Donna) Francis of Perry; four grandsons, Christopher and Kevin Covert, David and John Tine; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. He was a 33 year retiree of Eastman Kodak Company and member of ERAC Lodge No. 163 F. & A.M.

A Memorial Service was held April 8 at the Gates Presbyterian Church. Contributions can be made in his memory to Hospice of Rochester or the Hilton Volunteer Ambulance.


•Hopkins, Ronald J., April 7, 2003, age 77. Survived by his wife, Valerie; children, Susan (Gunther) Beutnagel, Stephen (Diane) Hopkins; grandchild, Erica Beutnagel; sisters-in-law, Joyce (George) Creighton, Morfydd (John) Beales, Patricia (Donald) Hourahan; family friend, Jill Garwood; and many other friends.

KENDALL

•Hardenbrook, Roy W., On April 3, 2003. He is survived by his children, Eric (Marilyn) of Hilton, and Pamela (John Hess) Donnelly; three grandchildren, Stacy Hardenbrook, Jacob Iresabal and Michaela Donnelly; sister, Evelyn (Gordon) Dates, Jacksonville, Florida; several nieces.

•Geyer, Evelyn S., April 5, 2003. Survived by son, Harold "Hal" Geyer; daughters, Marleen (Hank) Teed, Jane (Michael) Piotrowicz, Kathleen (Arthur) Nau; brother, Richard (Sandy) Wolf; sisters, Marjorie Nickel, Lorraine (Joseph) Gaudio; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Harold (1994).

Services were held at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Genesee Region Hospice or School of the Holy Childhood in her memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Fama, William J., April 8, 2003, at age 81. Predeceased by his cherished wife, Mary; sisters, Mildred, Constance and Geraldine. Survived by his adoring children, Anita Barker and William (Sharlene) Fama of Indiana; grandchildren, Carla Baliva, Nicole, Anthony and William Fama, Jr.; in-laws, Michael Grammatico, Frank Marando, Angela and Anna Varrenti; many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral Services were held April 11 at Gates Alliance Church. Interment Lakeworth Memory Gardens, Florida. Contributions can be made to Edna Tina Wilson Living Center or the Salvation Army in his memory.


•Maher, Thelma M., RN (Robb), Sunday, April 6, 2003 at age 84. She was predeceased by her daughter Mary McLaughlin. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Paul E. Maher; her son Robert P. (Linda) Maher of Connecticut; her daughter Kathleen Plantone of Tennessee; her son-in-law William McLaughlin; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Genesee Hospital School of Nursing and was a retiree of Monroe County Department of Health School Nursing Program.

A Funeral Mass was said April 10 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Greece. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to Unity Health Foundation, Edna Tina Wilson Living Center, 700 Island Cottage Road, Rochester, NY 14612 in her memory.
