Christa Construction, LLC and Rochester Careers in Construction Corps are hosting an educator staff development workshop, "Understanding the Construction Industry" on Friday, May 9, 2003 from 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Spencerport Central School District.

This workshop will focus on connections between the workplace and the NYS Learning Standards, career exploration within the construction industry and background information in the construction industry. Also included is a tour of the construction site at Spencerport Central School District and lunch.
