NYSCA Decentralization Grants are available for local arts and cultural projects taking place in 2004, according to the Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council. All nonprofit organizations, individual artists and local government agencies and tribes in Genesee and Orleans counties are eligible to apply. Applications are for two regrant programs: REACH Grant for nonprofits, local government agencies and individual artists with a sponsoring organization and RIPPLE Grant solely for individual artists (no sponsoring organization required). Application workshops for the grant programs will be held in July and August. New applicants are required to attend an application workshop.

Deadlines for the grant programs are as follows: Ripple Grants - Friday, September 19, 2003; and Reach Grants - Friday, September 26.
