King and Queen The 2003 Hilton Fire Department 2003 Kiddie King and Queen, Riley and Shannon Page, are six-year-old twins from Hilton. In the annual fire department's Kiddie Parade on July 23 and the Grand Parade on July 24, they rode in Pat Smith's Corvette. The comment heard over and over again, "This is cool."
