Sacred music program part of events for Sesquicentennial

An evening of sacred music will be performed by professional violinist Lyn Ritz, at 7:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of North Chili on Sunday, August 10. Dr. Ritz will be accompanied by the accomplished church pianist, Kevin Shi.

Kevin Shi is an internationally renowned pianist who has been a prize winner in many competitions. He has appeared in concert throughout the United States as well as in China, Japan, Brazil and Germany. He holds graduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the Rochester Institute of Technology.

This program is one of many Sesquicentennial events being presented this year in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the United Methodist Church of North Chili. The church is located at 2200 Westside Drive at the corner of Buffalo Road. The program is free and all are welcome to attend.
