Trip to Chautauqua planned

On Friday, October 17, the Hilton-Parma Seniors will take a fall-foliage trip to Chautauqua. This trip includes a driving tour of the Chautauqua Institute Grounds, free time to stroll the narrow street of quaint Victorian architecture, a visit to a Cider Mill Farm and Peterson's Candies. There will also be a sit-down luncheon at the Athenaeum Hotel. The meal choice will be Chicken Cordon Bleu or Carved Round of Roast Beef.

Cost for this trip is $39 which includes driver's gratuity. Since the Town of Parma subsidizes this trip, it is open to Parma residents age 55 and up. The bus will depart from the Village Community Center at 7 a.m.

Registration takes place on Thursday, September 11, in the Ingham Room of the Village Community Center. A random drawing will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Doors to the Ingham Room open at 9:15 a.m.

Call the Hilton-Parma Recreation Department at 392-9030 with questions.
