into SUNY Geneseo Hall of Fame

Ian Tudman was one of five players and administrators inducted among the 2003 class into the SUNY Geneseo Sports Hall of Fame in ceremonies held October 4.

Tudman played men's basketball for the Knights, who had a record of 79-27 during his four seasons. He was a three-time All-SUNYAC player, was named all-ECAC in 1995, participated in the NCAA playoffs in three seasons and was just the third player in Geneseo men's basketball history to earn All-American honors when named to the second team in 1995.

Last January, Tudman was inducted into the JP Morgan Chase Tournament Hall of Fame after being a part of one championship and two runner-up teams at the annual area basketball tournament held each January. Tudman stands third in career points at Geneseo and fourth in career rebounds. He holds the school record for field goal percentage in a game set when he was 10-for-10 against Clarkson in 1992.

Tudman is now an Industrial Hygienist with DuPont in LaPlace, Louisiana after earning his degree in Applied Physics and a master's degree from the University of Massachusetts.
