Holiday food and gift packages outreach underway

The Hamlin Bread and Thread's Christmas Angel Program is collecting new, unwrapped gifts for the children of families in need in the Hamlin area. Anyone wishing to make a donation can do so until December 19 at the following locations: the Hamlin Town Hall, Hamlin Post Office, Nina's Golden Scissors, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and St. John Lutheran Church. Monetary donations can be placed in cash jars located in various Hamlin area businesses or sent to the Hamlin Bread and Thread, P.O. Box 160, Hamlin, NY 14464. Note checks with the word "Angels."

Anyone in need of assistance for food or gifts for the holidays can call Life Solutions of Hamlin at 964-7420 before December 13.
