Cub Scouts send support

Fifty cub scouts in Chili Pack 275, together with their families, painted and decorated lawn signs at their monthly pack meeting to show their support of the troops. Each cub scout brought a sign home to place in his yard. The signs were made from recycled signs donated by local politicians. The cub scouts also collected toys for the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign. Three marines attended the pack meeting to accept the toys on behalf of the Marine Corps and perform a uniform inspection of the pack. The marines will send information and photos about the lawn sign service project to troops overseas. Above, Scout Jonathan Collister decorates his lawn sign to show support for the troops.
