plays Pied Piper Northwood Elementary School fifth grader, Lisa Hook, performed with the Eastman Philharmonia Orchestra, the Eastman School of Music's college orchestra, November 21 in a performance of John Corigliano's Pied Piper Fantasy. "Lisa was one of the only two area elementary school students participating and the only one from the Hilton School District. Many weeks of rehearsal preceded the performance," Northwood Music Teacher Tim Stodd said. "Lisa is a student of music teacher Missy Rozelle at Northwood Elementary and myself. She also studies private flute with Sherry Finzer." |
