Early childhood workshops set for St. John, Hamlin

St. John Lutheran Evangelism committee, in conjunction with St. John Early Childhood Programs, will hold four workshops to present tips on how to enable parents to help their children to be more successful in life.

The topics will be presented by Brockport School District social worker Julie Frank and include: Building on Children's Assets (March 14), Building Confident Kids (March 21), Positive Discipline (March 28) and Keeping Your Child on Track (including info on ADD and speech needs and how and when to get help) (April 4).

All workshops will be held at St. John Lutheran Church, 1107 Lake Road West Fork, Hamlin. The classes are all Sunday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Childcare will be available on the premises. For information call the church office, 964-2550.
