Junior Rhinos earn second in Elite Division

The Rochester Junior Rhino's Boy's U13 Elite team recently returned from the 24th annual Jefferson Cup played in Richmond, Virginia. The tournament is hosted by the Richmond Strikers Premier Soccer Club and is a nationally recognized Premier Elite Tournament. This year, well over 1,000 teams applied for the tournament and over half were rejected. The criteria for selection is league standings, tournament results and caliber.

The RJR Boy's U13 team had a strong tournament showing and finished in second place in the elite Division. The same team finished in second place at the Disney Classic, held in Orlando, Florida last December.
