Employee of the year chosen

Will Reynolds, Senior Maintenance Mechanic for Physical Plant Services of Lakeside Health System, has been selected as the Robert W. Harris 2004 Employee of the Year. "Will has assisted in many renovations over the years and has done a great job. He is detail oriented and takes pride in his work. Will provides quality service and always has a 'can do' attitude," stated Mark Edwards, Vice President of Physical Plant Operations.

Reynolds was chosen out of the previous year's Employees of the Month. These employees include Mary Cassidy - Housekeeper, Teresa Charles - Certified Nursing Assistant, Patricia Baird - Administrative Assistant, Jane Centola - Radiology Technologist, Donna Almeter - Health Unit Coordinator, Amie Taylor - Patient Accounts Representative, Kathleen Lawlor - Lead Central Registration Representative Radiology Desk, Linda Hollenbeck - Payroll Supervisor, Mary Benson - Clinical Nutrition Manager, Darryl Elam - Nursing Administrator, and Tina Bieber - Medical Affairs Secretary.

Employees gathered at a reception held in the Lakeside Café to recognize Reynolds and his fellow employees of the month.

Present at the reception was former CEO, Robert W. Harris, for whom the award was named. "Quality isn't a building; it is the employees who make the difference. I congratulate Gregg Stroyan and Will Reynolds, the first and second recipients of this award, who have made the difference in Lakeside's Quality Care Close to Home," stated Harris.
