•Publicover, Bridget Kate, Suddenly, in a horse stable accident in Morrisville, NY on September 18, 2004. Survived by her loving parents and brother, Richard, Kelly and Jake; grandparents James and Carol Martin of Rhode Island, David (Mary) Publicover of Massachusetts, Margaret (Joseph) Gallo of Massachusetts; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Bridget was a dean's list student at SUNY Morrisville, majoring in equine science.

A Funeral Mass was held September 23 at Holy Ghost Church. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery.


ALBION

•Beadle, Dorothy Jean, Age 82, died September 20, 2004. Survived by daughters, Suzanne Dwyer of Rochester, Dona Scharping of Clarendon, Melissa "Mitzi" Peglow of Barre and Patrice A. Beadle of Holley.

A Memorial Service was held September 25 at the Barre Center Presbyterian Church. Burial in Hillside Cemetery in Holley. Memorials can be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Heart Association or Orleans County 4-H Program.

•Alexander, David E., September 20, 2004, age 81. First basketball coach at Roberts Wesleyan College, member of the Raider Club at the college, former co-owner of Alexander's IGA in North Chili and retiree from Eastman Kodak Co.

Husband of Gladys (Balch) Alexander; father of David D. (Barbara) Alexander, K. Scott (Margaret) Alexander, B. Bradley Alexander, B. Todd Alexander, L. Lance (Kathleen) Alexander and Ruth A. (Mark) Logan; brother of Kathryn L. Alexander and the late Robert, Harold and Stuart Alexander and Eleanor Freislich; brother-in-law of Evelyn Frederick, Eloise Alexander and Lucile Alexander; grandfather of 11 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

BROCKPORT

Fowler, Jeanne Mareta, On September 21, 2004. She is survived by her children, Vincent Sr. (Bonnie), Terrence (Elaine), Cortlandt Sr., Denise (Donald) Bartalo and Todd (Susan); grandchildren, Donald, Lynn Grande, Paula (Steven) Arvan, Vincent Jr., Brian (Marcia) Bartalo, Kristin (David) Rapp, Cortlandt Jr. (Jennifer), Tamara (Joshua) Rossman, Lisa (Dustin) Duff, John, Laura; 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fowler was predeceased by her husband, Vincent, in 1974, who owned and operated the Fowler Funeral Home in Brockport.

Funeral Services were held September 24 at Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery. Contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Brockport or Lakeside Memorial Hospital in her memory.


•Sessler, Marjorie C., September 3, 2004, age 94. Predeceased by her husband, Clifford; brother, Jack Kerridge; and grandson, Todd C. Radtke. Survived by her daughters, Wanda (Carl) Radtke and Wilma LaDue of Florida; sisters, Hazel Harich of Virginia and Betty (Reg) Lovell of Tennessee; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.

Services and interment were held privately.


HAMLIN

•Eldridge, Alice G. (Charge), September 7, 2004 at age 95. She was predeceased by her husband Frank. She is survived by her daughter Jill (Richard) Charge of Hamlin; her son Arthur (Ann) Eldridge of England; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.'

•Wilting, Dorothy J., age 77, died September 15, 2004 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband Robert; children, Pat (Terry) Lang of Holley, Bill Wilting of Waterport, Jean (Scott) Hildreth of Albion, Scott (Kelly) Wilting of Virginia; grandchildren, Brian Kraynik, Kerri (Joshua) Wehling, Leah Kraynik, Mike (Roberta) Lang, Kate Lang, Jennifer Lang; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Hannah Wehling; sisters, Ruth Lockhart, Edna DeMars, Marion DeMars all of Rochester; brother, Edward (Pat) DeMars of Florida; several nieces, nephews, cousins. Predeceased by brother-in-law, Harold Lockhart.

A Memorial Service was held September 18 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, Inc., Holley. Memorials can be made to Hospice of Orleans County.


SPENCERPORT

•Wells, Vernon A., September 20, 2004 at age 73. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ruth (Curtis) Wells; his children Carolyn (Brad) Dail of California and Gary (Eileen) Wells of Kansas; five grandchildren Jason, Michelle and Jennifer Dail, Brian and Emily Wells; his brother LeRoy (Janet) Wells; his sister Carolyn (James) Zikmund; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of RF Harris Corporation.
