Ribbon cutting opens new homes in Hilton

The Urban League Economic Development Corporation and Seville Homes officially opened three new family homes in the Turtle Creek Development in the Village of Hilton.

On hand to cut the ribbon were State Senator Joseph Robach, John "Dutch" Summers of Seville Homes and William G. Clark, President and CEO of the Urban League of Rochester. Mayor William Carter of the Village of Hilton and Parma Town Supervisor Richard Lemcke also attended.

Seville Homes offers buyers a selection of homes with many custom options available. ULREDC is offering two different style homes at attractive prices that many families will be able to afford. Grants may be available to income qualified buyers. Actual monthly payment is determined by interest rate, taxes, options and eligibility for financial assistance.

ULREDC "The American Dream" is a 1,573 square foot home with three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath and one car garage. Buyers can choose from custom options that include a family room, a fourth bedroom, a master bath, gas fireplace with mantle or a two-car garage.

The "Independence" is a 1,373 square foot home that features three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath and a one car garage. Custom options - including a family room, gas fireplace, additional bath and two-car garage - are also available.

The project was made possible with funding from The NYS Affordable Housing Corporation.
