Students gain hands-on experience in printmaking

Brockport High School art student Noelle Anderson gained hands-on experience in printmaking in a BOCES 2 Project ADEPT (A Diversified Enrichment Program for Talented) seminar for area students. Noelle drew her design on cardboard, then cut it out and pasted the raised design on a printing plate. The printing plate was then inked in a variety of color patterns of Noelle's choosing and run through a press to create her original image. Artist, photographer and educator Glenn Graver presented the seminar to forty students at the BOCES 2 Career and Technical Education Center in Spencerport.
