BOCES 2 exec receives Athena Award nomination

Dr. Pamela Kissel, BOCES 2 assistant superintendent for Instructional Support, will be recognized for her impact on public education at the 19th Annual Athena Award celebration, January 13, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.

The honor presented by the Rochester Business Alliance's Women's Council recognizes women leaders for outstanding professional achievements, community service and for assisting other women in the attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.

Kissel began at BOCES 2 in 2001, after serving as principal at Penfield High School for four years.
