Holley High School presents "Little Shop of Horrors"

The musical tragedy "Little Shop of Horrors" comes to life on the Holley High School stage March 10-13. The action takes place in Mushnik's Skid Row Florist Shop and chronicles young Seymour Krelborn's glorious rise and tragic fall as he tries to succeed in wooing his coworker, Audrey. Life seems pretty bleak until one day Seymour happens across a small plant (which he names "Audrey II") and death, deception, and desire ensue …

What makes each and every Holley musical unique is that Director Dan Burke has always cast different students in the lead role for each of the performances, so as many students can participate as possible.

Performances will be Thursday through Saturday, March 10-12 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 at 2 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Tickets are on sale in the High School Main Office and from the performers for $6 each. Tickets will also be available at the door for $7 each. Seniors (age 60 and older) residing in the Holley school district may obtain a Gold Card at the Main Office, which entitles them to free admission into the musical. The card may also be used for sporting events.
