•Carl, Donna M., March 13, 2005, age 43. Survived by husband, Ken; children, Nicole and Valerie Nauerth, Audrey and Leah Carl; parents, Robert and Norma Heusinger; brother, Robert Heusinger, sister, Catherine (Gene) Butler; grandchildren, Kyler, Myia; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held March 16 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., Hilton. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times in her memory.


•Dainty, Stanley George, age 64, on February 15, 2005. Stan lived most of his life in Rochester and Hamlin, and then moved to Oregon and California, finally settling in Oregon. He owned several businesses in Brockport in the 60s and 70s including the Robin Hood Room and Brockport Discount Liquors. He is survived by his brother Harry Bud Edward Dainty; sister Sheila Marie Miller; sons Eric Dainty and Bryan Dainty; nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Thomas Dainty, mother Helendore Marie Espey, sister Ann Reynolds and beloved wife Dorene Lambiase.

A Memorial Service was held March 6 at Crooked River Ranch Senior Center, Oregon. Donations can be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, c/o Damascus Shrine Center, 979 Bay Road, Webster, New York 14580.


•Reinhardt, Alfred J., March 8, 2005 in his 48th year. Survived by his beloved and devoted wife, Becky Reinhardt; loving children, A. Jacob W., Benjamin M, Sarah R., Bethany A.; his parents, Alfred and Rosalie Reinhardt; brothers and sister, Kurt Reinhardt, Erika (Jim) Peters, Michael (Germaine) Reinhardt; father-in-law, Chester Bockstedt; nieces and nephews.

ALBION

•Scalzo, Theresa (Fadale), age 97 on March 14, 2005 at the Orleans County Nursing Home after a long illness. She was predeceased by her husband Albert J. Scalzo in 1964. She is survived by a son, Albert Scalzo of Medina; three brothers, Joseph Fadale of Colorado, Russell (Arlene) Fadale of Albion, Peter (Idell) Fadale of Florida; sister, Jane Pettine of Albion; grandson, Peter Scalzo; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother, Charlie.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said March 18 at St. Joseph's Church. Interment, Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.


BROCKPORT

•Bowers, Carlzlee, on March 10, 2005, at the age of 58. He is survived by his wife, Minnie; children, Roddie, Gregory, Wendy and Ruthann; seven grandchildren.

A Funeral Service was held March 17 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Kendall. Interment Lakeview Cemetery in the spring.


•Luce, Ethel M., on March 8, 2005 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her husband, Homer Luce; son, Fred Luce; grandson, Keith Luce; granddaughter, Laurie Ward and brother, Meredith Luce. She is survived by her children, James (Betty) Luce, Donald Luce, Diane (Thomas) Staub, Roger (Bonnie) Luce, Carolyn Baxter and Leonard Luce; 24 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean Fraser, Eleanor Nichols and Marjorie (Norman) Lassord; sister-in-law. Ruth Curts.

•Puffer, Marguerite M. (Conradt). She was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1999. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Timothy Lyman; grandson, David Lyman; nephews, Mark Conradt and Eric Conradt.

•Soule, Larry R., March 10, 2005, age 63. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Dorothy Soule. Survived by his wife, Lois; children, Kevin (Gretchen) Soule and Kimberly Ludwig; brother, Ronald (Kathleen); sister, Bonnie (Roger Bullivant) Schuchardt; step-mom, Mabel Beer; nieces and nephews.

•Wright, Martin B., March 11, 2005 after a brief illness in St. Petersburg, Florida, age 88. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Virginia (Greene) Wright; his daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Patrick Mullally of Marcy; grandchildren, Ryan (Kelly) Mullally and Megan Mullally; sister-in-law, Marilyn Tolar; nephews, niece and many friends. Predeceased by his parents, John and Ruth Wright and his son, David, 1949. Martin was a Veteran of World War II, 3 years Pacific Theater; General Electric retiree, 1976; 65-year member of Clio Lodge #779 F&AM; Rochester Consistory; Egypt Temple; Charter Member of Wally Byam Airstream Trailer Club; former Silsby Brockport Fireman and member of the First Presbyterian Church of Brockport.

•Bizari, Joseph J., March 9, 2005. Survived by his wife, Shelley Rosendale Bizari; children Jodi L. Bizari and Anthony M. Bizari; brothers and sisters, Martha (Rex) Ricigliano, Elizabeth Bizari, Mark (Susan) Bizari, Richard (Cindy) Bizari and Sofia (Lou) Valleri; several nieces and nephews.

•Gilman, Fred A., age 65, died March 9, 2005 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Fred was a former employee of Rochester Products and was member of the Old Crow's Motorcycle Club in Orleans County. He is survived by his wife, Alma; children, Amy Gilman of Plattsburg, Megan (David) Shewe of Penn Yan, Michael Gilman of Australia; grandchildren, Molley and Katie Shewe; brother, Arthur (Gloria) Gilman of Holley; nieces, nephews, cousins. Fred was predeceased by his parents, George and Clara; sister, Johanna Aaronson.

•McAllister, John L., age 88, died March 10, 2005 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. Mr. McAllister was a self-employed dairy farmer, a member of the Clarendon Historical Society, past member of the Clarendon Zoning Board and the Nativity of the BVM in Brockport where he served as an usher. He is survived by a brother, Thomas (Yvonne) McAllister of Scotia; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said March 14 at the Nativity of the BVM, Brockport. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Holley. Memorials can be made to the Nativity Festival Fund, c/o Nativity BVM Church, Brockport, NY or the Clarendon Historical Society.


•Rose, Bertram, on March 7, 2005, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Mary; sons, Harold (Eileen) Allan, Wallace, Richard (Kathy); nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Chennell.

OGDEN

•Hart, Eugene L., March 8, 2005 at age 95. He was predeceased by his wife Genevieve Hart and a very dear friend Genevieve VanNest. He is survived by his daughter Anne Hart of Gates; son William Hart of Tennessee; granddaughter Lori (Robert) Campbell of Tennessee; great grandson Lukas Campbell; his brother George Hart of Greece; several nieces and nephews. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. following 43 years of service.

SPENCERPORT

•Armbruster, Helen D., (Tallman), March 12, 2005 at age 96. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Armbruster and her grandson Michael C. Mattice. She is survived by her daughters Deanna (Robert) Morgan of Hilton and Judy (Michael) Fleming of Spencerport; brother-in-law Otis (Lucille) Arnts of New Jersey; seven grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was born in Elmira, New York and later lived in Dansville, and Binghamton.

A Funeral Service was held March 16 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Spencerport. Interment Grove Place Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Ogden Senior Center or to the Visiting Nurse Hospice in her memory.


•Smith, Sallie R., March 6, 2005, age 99. Predeceased by her husband, Donald. Survived by her daughter, Barbara Reed-Smith-Stoll; grandson, Herman Donald Reed Stoll; nieces and nephews.

•Valik, Patricia A. (Chlopecki), Thursday, March 10, 2005. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Charles A. Valik; her children Gary (Wanda) Valik and Andrea (Todd) Butler, her grandchildren Bradley and Stacia Valik, Sarah, Alex and Caroline Butler; her sister Felicia (Henry) Havlicek; her brother Paul Chlopecki; several nieces and nephews. Pat was a longtime mem-ber of Greece Baptist Church and a dedicated commu-nity volunteer.
