Member honored

Outgoing Brockport Rotary President Gary Zimmer (r) presents Greg Lund with Brockport Rotary's Community Citizen of the Year Award. The award is given to an individual whose community spirit makes Brockport a better place in which to live. The 2003 recipients were Bob and Debbie Ryan. The 2004 honor went to Steve Appleton of Cool Kids. Gregory Lund is a several-time president and officer of the Brockport Lions Club and the Brockport Integrated Service and Community Organization (BISCO). One of the original BISCO members, he has been treasurer for the past 10 years. He also heads up the annual Arts Festival Food Committee and coordinates the three service club's food tents.
