•Gross, Richard R., age 73, died August 21, 2005. Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend. Survived by daughters, Sheryl (John) Baker, Laurel Stritzel and Susan (Jim) Sullivan together with their mother, Louisa Gross; grandchildren, Larry and Brian (Katie) Stritzel, Jennifer and David Baker and great-grandchild, Dillon; devoted companion, Joanne Marcello together with her children Debbie (Terry), Scott, Jon (Jamie) and Marc. Retired from Kendall Central Schools, 1987, after 36 years of service, Brockport landlord for over 35 years, restorer and seller of antiques for almost 10 years, keeper of the "Old West."

A Funeral Service was held August 24 at the Brockport Free Methodist Church, Brockport. Inter-ment, Lakeview Cemetery.


CLARENDON

•Brown, Edith A., (Campbell) "Edie," 66, died August 17, 2005 at Park Ridge Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donald; two daughters, Sheryl (Chris) Nelson of Albion, Debbie Brown of Greece; brother, David (Shirley) Campbell of Kent; brothers-in-law, William (Jeanne) Brown of Buffalo, Harley Brown of Albion; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services were held August 20 at the Merrill Grinnell Funeral Home, Holley. Burial in Hillside Cemetery. Donations can be made to PAWS or the Arthritis Foundation, 462 Evans Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 in her memory.


HAMLIN

•Meier, Marie (Jacobs), August 14, 2005, age 80. Predeceased by her husband, Robert. She is survived by several cousins and many friends, including Charles and Carolyn Hungerford and Tracee and Bill David.

A Graveside Service was held August 22 at Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin. Contributions can be made to Lollypop Farm in her memory.


HILTON

Schimmel, Russel C., age 69. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Burbott) Schimmel; his children, Kathleen Kula, Eileen Steen, Elaine (Kenneth) Hammill, Randy, Kevin, Matthew (Jaime Lyn), James and Annmarie Schimmel; grandchildren, Michelle and Elizabeth Kula, Jason and Zachary Steen, Amanda, Jennifer and Brendon Hammill; his sister, Patricia (Sonny) Amedeo; his brother, Bernard Schimmel; sister-in-law, Elaine (Dennis) Coyle; four nephews. He was Past President of the Northside Lions Club, member of American Legion Post #468 and Northstar Sportsman Club.

A Funeral Mass was said August 23 at St. Leo Church, Hilton. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing can contribute to American Cancer Society in his memory.


KENDALL

O'Brien, Lawrence W., Age 93, formerly of Bald Eagle Drive, died August 18, 2005 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. For the last five years he resided at Lakeside-Beikirch Care Center in Brockport. Mr. O'Brien was a member of St. Mark's Church in Kendall. He worked 39 years as a communications specialist for General Electric and also served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy in 2000; brothers, John, Richard, Francis; sisters, Isabel, Clare and Helen. He is survived by his son, Dennis O'Brien of Austin, Texas; daughters, Sheila (Alan) Fry of Kendall, Mary O'Brien of Brockport; seven grandchildren, Darren, Carla, Roderick, Curtis, Charlene, Coletta, Corrine; three great grandchildren, Cameron, Sydney, Jeremy; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said August 22 at St. Mark's Church, Kendall. Entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Holley. Offerings for Masses can be made in his memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Borucki, Patricia Ann (Bazela), August 19, 2005 at age 65 after a valiant battle with cancer for 15 years. She is predeceased by her parents Julian Bazela and Florence Domagala and her step mother Lottie Brucz. She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years Leonard M. Borucki; her goddaughter Robin (Chuck) Dinatale; her aunts Pearl Bezela and Alfreda (Edward) Homiszak; her cousins Daniel Bezela, Michael, Mark, Allan and Randy Brucz and their families; sister-in-law Cecelia (Joseph) Lukowski. Pat was a retiree of Park Ridge Hospital.

A Funeral Mass was said August 23 at St. Lawrence Church, Greece. Interment, Fairfield Cemetery, Spencerport. Contributions can be made to the Lipson Cancer Center, 1425 Portland Avenue, Rochester 14621 in her memory.


Conderman, Beverley A., (Downey), August 18, 2005 at age 67 peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband, Roger D. Conderman; her children Mike (Jennifer Brongo) Downey, Mary (Bob) Hargarther, Maureen (Dick) Kohler and Randy (Teresa) Conderman; her 10 grandchildren, Erica, Danielle, Melissa and Shawna Downey, Rachel and Brian Hargarther, Ryan, Kaila, Elliott and Abigail Conderman; her siblings John, Bonnie, Dave (Carol) and Tom (Patty) Brodie; and her beloved dog "Ginger."

A Celebration of her Life was held August 22 at Calvary Assembly of God Church. Contributions can be made to the Building Fund of Calvary Assembly of God Church, 740 Marshall Road, Rochester 14624 or to Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance in her memory


Good, Catherine F., August 18, 2005, at age 86. Predeceased by her husband of 55 years Darrell O. Good. She is survived by her children, Patricia (Robert) Krueger and Paul L. Good; other loving family members, Jackie K. Good, Barbara Oliver, Dennis Fitzgerald, Kim Rollison, Ray (Anette) Merriam and family and Aaron Johnson. Catherine would best be remembered for her caregiving for struggling youth for over 70 years.

Jenks, Margaret M. (Peggy O'Keefe), On August 21, 2005. Predeceased by parents, George and Ann O'Keefe and sister, Mary Ellen Milne; godfather, Uncle Quetch. She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughter, Heather A. Jenks (Tom Mills); two sisters, Nancy (Robert) Vogt, Kathleen "K.C." (William) Legg; brother-in-law, Walter Milne; mother-in-law, Dorothy Jenks; aunt, Fran Quetchenbach; several nieces, nephews and cousins, including special friend and cousin Pat Hecht and many dear friends.

Funeral Services were held August 25 at Arndt Funeral Home, Greece. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.


Sanderson, Jane T., August 15, 2005 at age 91. She is predeceased by her husband Carl L. Sanderson. She is survived by her daughter Jane Hall; grandchildren Billy (Dawn) Schoeps, Tina Schoeps, Carol (Carrie) Hall and Dennis (Roberta) Hall; her great grandchildren Allisha, Natasha, Christina and Christopher Jr., Christopher Hall and Dennis Hall III. Jane was a registered nurse at Rochester General Hospital for 43 years.

A Memorial Service was held August 22 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Spencerport. Interment private. Those wishing can contribute to Lakeside-Beikirch Care Center or Lakeside Memorial Hospital in her memory.
