•Miller, Harold A., September 3, 2005. Predeceased by his wife, Rosemary C. Survived by his children, Linda (Steven) Basinait of Schenactady, Allen (Keli) Miller, Calvin (JoAnn) Miller, Sandra (Gregory) Warren, Sharon (Steven) Sofia, Bonnie (Terry) Nau, Jerome Miller, Marilyn (Frank) Lane; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers Joseph, Arthur, Charles, Edward and Frank Miller; sisters Lillian Senger and Teresa Ottman; sister-in-law Donna Crowley; nieces and nephews. Harold was a member of the Harvey C. Noone American Legion Post No. 954 (Churchville); Charter Member Moose Lodge 2244 (Churchville); World War II Marine Veteran; recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Lifetime member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union.

A Funeral Mass was said September 9 at Holy Ghost Church. Interment private in Bath National Cemetery. Donations can be made to Harvey C. Noone American Legion Post 954, 6444 Buffalo Road, Churchville 14428 or American Lung Association, 1595 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester 14620 in his memory.


•Rosignolo, Eugene R. "Gino," Died Monday, September 5, 2005 at age 54, after a brief illness. Predeceased by his father, Eugene P. Rosignolo. Survived by his loving wife, Diane (Goole) Rosignolo; his children, Kara (Jamie) Richardson, David and Tommy; his grandson, Ian Storm; his mother, Rosalie Rosignolo and sister, Sandra (Bob) Spinnegan; also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gino was the video store manager at Wegman's Store #21 on Calkins Road. He was a baseball coach for the Spencerport Junior Baseball League and an avid Yankee and Buffalo Bill fan.

A Funeral Mass was said September 9 at St. Jude the Apostle Church. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.


BROCKPORT

•Scorse, Annette B., August 30, 2005. Predeceased by her father, Dr. Robert Bentley. Survived by her husband, Jimmy Scorse; daughters, Jessica and Julianne; mother Shirley Lyon-Bentley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gene and Jane Scorse; sisters Dr. Mary (Dr. Lisa Schneider) Bentley and Sarah Bentley; brother, David Bentley; brothers-in-law, Dave (Sue), Andy and Jeff Scorse; niece Jian Mei Bentley; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Annette was a 1999 summa cum laude graduate of SUNY Brockport and an Adapted Physical Education Teacher at Edison Technical High School.

A Funeral Service was held September 3 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Brockport.


CHURCHVILLE

•Brodie, Gordon Skelton, age 84, died August 29, 2005. He was predeceased by his wife, Julia. He is survived by his children, Linda Brodie MacDonald, Larry Gordon (Judy) Brodie of Lynchburg, Virginia, Harold Warren (Nelia) Brodie and Jonathan McDonald. He is also sur-vived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; as well as many loving brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. Gordon was born June 6, 1921 in Churchville, and served his country as an officer in the Navy during WWII. He returned to become a Physical Ed. Teacher/Coach and retired from the Rochester City School District.

A Celebration of Gordon's life was held at the Union Congregational United Church of Christ, Churchville on September 4. Interment Creekside Cemetery in Church-ville. Donations in his memory can be made to the Kidney Foundation, Diabetes Association or Wycliffe Bible Translators.


HOLLEY

•Brunette, Angeline S., Age 83, died September 2, 2005, at Highland Hospital, Rochester, following a short illness. Predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Brunette in 1999; sister, Teresa Emanuele; brother William Stazie; daughter-in-law, Patricia Jiranek Brunette. Survived by her sons, Robert (Mary Ellen) Brunette of Fayetteville and Richard (Mary) Brunette of Webster; grandchildren, Vanessa, Mark, Jenna, Emily Brunette and Nicholas Parry; brothers, Thomas (Pauline) Stazie of Holley, Joseph (Helena) Stazie of Rochester, brother-in-law, Tilly Brunette of Rochester; sisters-in-law, Elsie Stazie of Holley, Anna Passarell of Rochester, Mary (Thomas) Felice of Holley and Joyce Brunette of Henrietta; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of St. Mary R. C. Church and the Rosary Society in Holley. Angeline worked for eight years at Highland Hospital prior to her marriage and then she worked as a school nurse for Holley Central School for 20 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said September 6 at St. Mary R. C. Church, Holley. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations can be made to St. Mary R. C. Church in her memory.


•Lavender, Janice L. (Boccaccio), age 65, died September 6, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Don; two sons, Scott (Mary) Lavender of Greece, Jeff Lavender of Holley; daughter, Lisa Lavender of Holley; grandchildren, Trinity Cook, Ashley, Michael and Meghan Lavender, her mother, Julie Boccaccio of Holley; mother-in-law, Eula Lavender of Holley; many friends and family.

A Mass of Christian Burial was said September 10 at St. Mary's R. C. Church, Holley. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Holley Fire Department in her memory.


KENDALL

•Sauls, Craig H., age 50, died suddenly, August 30, 2005 at Lakeside Memorial Hospital. He was employed at Ontario Fruit in Albion and in his spare time enjoyed being outdoors. He is survived by his wife Vicki, whom he married on July 9, 1977; two children, Jenny Marie Sauls of Brockport, Joshua Craig Sauls of Kendall; sister, Ernastine Sauls of Florida; three brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Jessica Emily and a brother, William.

Funeral Services were held September 3 at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, Holley. Interment, Hillside Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Kendall Fire Department in his memory.


NORTH GREECE

•Germeroth, George A., September 4, 2005, age 79. He is survived by his devoted wife, Florence; his children, Sharon (Ralph) Roach, Wanda (Michael) Callahan and Ryan (Margit) Germeroth; his grandchildren, Keith and Kyle Roach, Patrick, Shawn and Lindsay Callahan and Kristin, Lisa and Melanie Germeroth; his sister, Phyllis (Frank) Rendon. He was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. George was Past Chief of North Greece Fire Department, Charter Member of Greece Volunteer Ambulance, Kodak Retiree, and member of N.G.F.D. Exempts.

Funeral Services were held September 8 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hilton. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Donations can be made to North Greece Fire Department or St. Paul Lutheran Church in his memory.


SPENCERPORT

•Schmitz, Richard J., September 1, 2005 at age 63. Predeceased by his parents, Alfred W. and Leona Schmitz; brothers Alfred W. Schmitz Jr., Joseph Schmitz; brother-in-law, Edward F. Consalvi; nephew, Mark Consalvi. He is survived by his brother and sisters, Patricia Consalvi of California, William (Erika) Schmitz, Rosemary Schmitz of Ohio, Christine (John) Pogoda, Paul (Mary Ann) Schmitz, Leona Schramm; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held September 20 at 11 a.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Church (5000 Mt. Read Blvd.) Interment Private. Donations can be made to the St. Joseph's House of Hospitality, 402 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.


•Sweeting, Olive G., August 31, 2005 at age 96. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold B. Sweeting. She is survived by her niece Joy LaBonte; three great nieces Dawn Wood, Vanette Richard and Stacey Kaiser; six great great nieces and nephews Sara and Amanda Northrop, Joy and Matthew Richard, Jeffrey and Alicia Goodemote. She was a member of Rebecca Lodge.
