Holley investigates robbery

On October 18 at about 10:05 a.m. an unknown white male suspect robbed Lori's Market Basket, State Street in Holley. The suspect was described as a six foot one inch, thin build man wearing a baseball cap, tee shirt and blue jeans. The suspect displayed a knife to the female clerk demanding the cash from the register.

A 24-year-old Rochester male was arrested on October 19 on an Orleans County Bench warrant and has been implicated in the knife point robbery that occurred at Lori's Market Basket. Charges are pending and the suspect is being held in the Orleans County Jail without bail.

He was arrested at relative's residence in the town of Clarendon by the New York State Police. He is also implicated in two stolen vehicles investigations. The Holley Police are continuing the investigation with the assistance of the Orleans County Sheriff's Department and the New York State Police.
