Hilton-Parma Recreation celebrates Halloween

Over 350 children and their families participated in the Annual Halloween Celebration for the community on Saturday, October 22. The cool, wet weather did not dampen the enthusiasm as children enjoyed Halloween games, a Halloween "Street of Surprises," face-painting, a witch's story hour, food and fun. Entertainment was provided by Mr. Beau, The Clown.
