Former Ogden Police Chief Russ Ruhl (right) and current Chief Doug Nordquist presented a framed photo of the Ogden Police Department to the Ogden Farmers' Library. The photo was taken earlier this year and depicts current and past members of the local police department. Library Director Patty Uttaro accepted the photo.
