Thank you to Holley groups

J.J. Wagner of Holley visited the Holley Rotary Club while on leave from his unit in Afghanistan to thank the Rotary Club, the Fire Department and the Jewell Buckman Post of the VFW for a donation of gloves that his Army company is using in Afghanistan. The gloves filled a need for the soldiers. They provided the company members with a way to keep their hands warm while still being able to use their rifles. In an earlier letter home, J.J. had mentioned the need to his father, Jerry Wagner, who then approached the local organizations to donate gloves. Pictured above, J. J. is talking to Henry Lehning, a Holley Rotarian who had a son serving in Iraq. Submitted photo.
